Attention all current Fella & Fetch clients. 📣

Gingr is the platform we use for reservations, vaccination records, report cards, etc. They have created a new Customer Portal that all of our clients must be switched over to before September 16.

You can access this new portal through desktop or mobile app. Follow the steps below based on your preference. ⬇️

HOW TO ACCESS THE NEW CUSTOMER PORTAL THROUGH DESKTOP:

1. Follow this link: https://bit.ly/4gaorWO
2. Sign in with your existing Gingr login credentials
3. Bookmark this link and continue to use it to access your Gingr account

HOW TO ACCESS THE NEW CUSTOMER PORTAL THROUGH MOBILE APP:

1. Download the app titled “Gingr for Pet Parents” from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2. Enter invite code 680720
3. Sign in with your existing Gingr login credentials
4. Continue to use this app to access your Gingr account

Once you access your Gingr account through the new customer portal, you are free to use it going forward for all of your booking needs.

We are so excited to announce a new addition to our Training Academy—Pack Walks. 🐾

Led by a certified trainer, this event offers a unique opportunity to explore new surroundings, build on confidence, and receive training tips regarding leash manners and impulse control. To keep our pack walks challenging and exciting, each one will be hosted at a different location in the city.

Although our Pack Walk is a social activity, there won't be any one-on-one pup interactions or greetings. The focus is aimed towards getting your pup to a place of neutrality when around other pups in public settings. 🐶

Join us for our first Pack Walk on Sunday September 8 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Meet Kekae. 🐶

Kekae is a sweet (and beautiful, I mean look at her!!!) Mini Australian Shepherd. We've been graced with her butt wiggles ever since she was just a baby back in 2021.

This little sq**rt loves the play structures. She is always trying to jump up on them to be at her aunties level so she can be within a kissable reach. 😚

Kekae was quite nervous when she first started with us, so we used Lily as a role model and safe person (or pup 🐾) for her. We would connect the two of them by leash and Kekae would follow Lily around the facility.

This brought her right out of her shell and she soon discovered that she had nothing to fear. Now she’s one of our most confident pups in the pack that welcomes all of our newcomers to the facility.

We must mention that she is also a fantastic cook. She often brings her aunties the most delicious baked goods and treats. 🍪

Our pack wouldn't be the same without you Kekae. 🤎

Meet Karsyn. 🤎

With her theatre background, Karsyn brings a colourful personality to our space. We often call her a walking rainbow. 🌈

She comes from a family of pup-lovers. They have many at home, including Luke—a Newfoundlander with a personality as big as hers. We love that stinker.

If you've ever run into Karsyn up front, you know just how sweet she is. She's nurturing, caring, and enthusiastic. You will often find her organizing different activities for our pack to do, including starring in goofy TikToks.

This girl is a go-getter. We love her can-do attitude and dedication. But what we love most is how much she loves your pups. Thank you for always caring for our pack as if they are your own Karsyn. 🤍

All of our new furry guests are required to complete an assessment prior to attending daycare or booking an overnight stay with us.

These assessments are an important part of keeping our facility a safe and secure environment for our pack—pups and team members included. 🐶

Like Auntie Jolene was to Indy, all assessment pups are accompanied by one of our Canine Care team members who will be by their side for their entire visit.

This team member moves at the pace most comfortable for the pup so they can have a smooth transition into this brand new environment to them. 🐾

As your pup gets to know the space and all of the furry friends within it, our team member observes their play style and temperament to determine which play group they would enjoy most.

As Indy mentioned, each pup receives a detailed report card that documents their day and features photos of all of their adventures. We have to admit, these are pretty darn cute. 🥰

As your pup’s sitter, we have an important responsibility of keeping your pups safe while they are under our care. Our assessment process is part of ensuring this responsibility is met.

Meet Mischa. 🐶

Mischa has been with us since the very beginning. From her early days, this sweet pea brought an explosion of energy and zest to our daycare. Nowadays, Mischa prefers to take a step back and take in the hustle and bustle of daycare, but don't be fooled—she’s still full of surprises!

This girl is the QUEEN of hide and seek. Whether it’s under the pools, play structures, or tunnels, Mischa always finds the best hiding spots. She makes it quite the challenge for her aunties to track her down some days. 😂

Mischa has developed some very special friendships at daycare. Her BFFs are Maverick, Liefde, and Benny. The moment she sees them, she truly lights up.

It's been incredible to watch Mischa grow with us and we can't wait to continue making memories together. Here’s to our spicy, sweet, and ever-so-sneaky Mischa. Love you baby girl. 🤎

We are very excited to announce that our sweet Giane has officially begun her journey as the Fella & Fetch Head Trainer. 📣

Giane has been an important part of Fella & Fetch for over four years now and if you've had the pleasure of meeting her already, you know just how amazing she is.

Her thirst for knowledge and motivation to grow in her role has never remained stagnant. She underwent four months of hands-on training and twelve months of theory through Animal Behavior College to become a Certified Dog Trainer. 🐶

Now, armed with a wealth of experience and expertise, we are proud to have her leading our Training Academy. With her blend of compassion, knowledge, and hands-on experience, she's determined to help every pup reach their full potential.

Meet Abby. 🐶

This 11-year-old angel has been a beloved member of our canine family since September 2019. Her presence is a true source of joy and comfort for all of us.

Abby’s sweet and gentle nature is undeniable. She has our entire team wrapped around her little paw. Those irresistible puppy eyes get us every time. 🥹

As if she couldn't get any sweeter, she enjoys spending her daycare days with the littles of our pack. She has become quite the role model for our younger pups who look up to her with admiration.

Though Abby is one of our older pack members, there is nothing slowing her down. Her dad often tells us stories of Abby's agility at home. Her favourite activity is chasing the deer away from their acreage. We like to believe Abby's intention is to make friends with the deer as she loves making new friends. 🤗

We can’t imagine this place without Abby. She is truly a treasure and we are grateful for every moment we get to spend with her. 🤎

Meet Jacey. 🤎

Jacey is our small-town sweetheart with a love for football, her family and of course her six-month-old Golden Retriever, Jeorgie.

She brings an infectious energy to daycare making her pretty popular around here. Our pack knows that when Auntie Jacey is around, it's going to be a fun day of playing fetch, tag and getting allllll the belly rubs. 🐶

Her strong family values translate so well to our team. She has the natural ability to make every pup (and hooman) feel like part of the Fella & Fetch family.

Loki. 🐶

Loki joined our pack 4 years ago when he was just a baby. Despite being the size of a pound of butter, Loki's presence at Fella & Fetch is the furthest thing from small.

This little guy LOVES to cuddle. You will often find him tucked into the pockets of his favourite aunties throughout the day - yes, he's that small. 😂

Over the years he's grown special connections with several of his aunties at daycare. The moment Loki hears the voices of his favourites, he lets out a distinctive squeal. When we hear this, we know he's one happy boy.

Loki’s dad says outside of Fella he is quite suspicious of people, and very particular about his fan club. His aunties though, they are special to him. 🤎

And he is just as special to us. We love you sweet boy!

Meet Jenn. 👋

Coming to us from the Saskatoon SPCA, we were positive Jenn would be a natural fit with our pack. We absolutely love the compassion she has from her experience rescuing animals.

She has two sweet peas of her own. Axel (pictured), a 9-year-old Alaskan Husky and Maze, a 4-year-old Siberian Husky. Both fortunate to have been rescued and are now living a happy and fulfilled life with their mama. 🐶

Jenn, thank you for always leading with your heart at Fella. We are so lucky to have you on our team. 🤎

🔆 With the weather warming up, it’s time to start thinking about the pesky little critters that come along with it.

These critters can cause all sorts of discomfort for your pup like skin irritations, allergic reactions and infections. Even worse, they carry diseases that can spread to both your pup and your family.

Meet Erin. 🤎

She is our west coast girly, coming to us all the way from BC to pursue her career in nursing. Her passion for caring for others (people and pets), brought her to us.

Erin is known for her radiant smile and warm presence. Her genuine affection for her work and the people (and pups 🐶) she cares for shines through in every interaction she has.

Her job at Fella is more than just a role to her, it's a true calling that she absolutely adores. We are beyond proud to have this passionate and kind-hearted gal on our team.

Meet Seamus. 🤎

This guy started off very shy and unsure about the whole daycare experience. But after consistent visits, Seamus now literally runs up our steps, paws at the door to get in, runs to the nearest Aunty and flops down for belly rubs.

We know this sweet pea loves seeing his friends at daycare, but we're pretty sure spending time with his aunties is his favourite part. Especially if Aunty Judy is around. 🥰

Meet Katie. 🤎

Katie is our American sweetheart originally from Pittsburgh. After moving to Canada in 2019, she eventually found herself in Weyburn working at a dog daycare. We are so lucky that her long-distance romance led her to us.

This girl is not only a part of our pack at Fella, she also has a pack of her own at home. Katie is the proud mama of her 7-year-old pup Bear, her two cats Boomy and Mooby, and a school of fish. 🐟

Katie's arrival has brought a wonderful attitude, a wealth of knowledge and a calming demeanor that blends perfectly with our pack. We are so happy your new adventure to Canada has brought you to us. 🇺🇸🇨🇦
