The Ontario Government has allowed Dog Grooming Services to open with restrictions

Grooming services will only be provided to those that are strictly necessary to prevent an animal from requiring foreseeable veterinary care.

I can only provide grooming services to treat conditions that would cause pain or skin disease if left untreated. This includes conditions of severe matting close to the skin, matting with underlying dermatitis, overgrown toenails affecting mobility or causing pain, and a**l gland expression.
Under the restrictions your dog must fit this criteria.

Grooming for prettiness will not be allowed. Grooming for baths or shedding will not be allowed at this time.

Services will be curb side same as were doing prior to lockdown. You will be given an appt time, which you will need to be on schedule or your appt will be cancelled & moved to the end of the list.

Upon your arrival at the shop, I ask that you text me or knock on the shop door and return to your vehicle, I will come out to your vehicle to get your dog.

I will use my own leash and have you remove your leash
I will contact you 20 mins before your dog is finished and you will need to come back immediately to pick them up as I cannot have more than one family of dogs in the shop at a time.

Payments can be made by Etransfer or Cash. All cash payments will need to be in a sealed ziploc bag.

Please be patient with me as I figure out how to get everyone booked. Its going to be a slow process to fit people in with these restrictions.

At this time I will not be answering phone calls. I have dogs that are in urgent need of grooming they will be booked in.

When restrictions are lifted and I can fully reopen, I have clients I had to cancel they will be booked in first, and then I will start contacting clients on my waiting list.

I know all of our doggy friends are in need of TLC, but it is mandatory that groomers have to stay closed.
