Service dogs are an amazing aid and companion to many people. They provide us with stability and reliability, friendship, and emotional support. But sometimes, it takes a toll on the dog, and they need support as well.
We are happy to offer a free evening seminar to owners of emotional support dogs with autistic family members. Dogs may struggle with unpredictable behaviours, sudden sounds, and a lack of routine. The aim of this seminar is to help owners identify signs of distress in their dogs and general guidelines to manage these situations.
The evening is open to 10-12 owners at our office (8705 Yonge St., Richmond Hill, ON, L4C 6Z1), on Monday, July 17th, 2023, at 7 pm.The seminar is approximately one hour, plus some time for questions later. Please note that this event is not open to the general public.
