✨Friendly reminder of the price increases happening July 1st! ✨

I have tried keeping my prices as low as possible but with the increasing costs of my utilities, equipment and maintenance as well as life in general I also have to increase my prices!

I will be messaging clients before their appointments to let them know the new cost, if you have any concerns feel free to reach out but unfortunately it is something that is out of my control!

I want to continue to provide great service with the best equipment to make your pups grooming experience is a positive one!

Price changes!

I do my absolute best to keep the prices as affordable as I can but unfortunately with the rising costs of products, equipment and expenses I must adapt as well!

With that being said there will be price increases to grooming services taking effect July 1st.

Nail trims will now be $10 effective now

Bathing appointments will now include tax as I tried my best to keep it tax free but I incur those costs personally.

If you have any concerns I encourage you to reach out and I would be happy to discuss them!

We truly appreciate all of your support and understanding. Being a small business is hard and you and your pups make everyday incredible!

I am away this week! Returning to the shop Monday March 18th!!

I will be responding to messages/calls still but it may take me some time so please be patient!

At this time we are booking July/August for baths with very limited availability and are currently completely booked for the month of December!!! I can’t thank you enough for the support and encouragement!

Friendly reminder of our late/no show policy

These past couple of weeks I have had a number of late/no shows. I try to be as a accommodating as possible but unfortunately I am not able to reach out to every single appointment to confirm, this is why text reminders are available and the appointment schedule is sent out in advance.

We have a 15 minute late policy. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and there will be a missed appointment fee of $25. We work based on a set schedule and if one appointment runs late it means the whole day runs late which is not fair to clients with appointments that day nor is it fair to Jena and I for our time.

No shows will be charged a $25 missed appointment fee as well that will have to be prepaid to book another appointment.

Please be respectful of our time as I try to be respectful of yours when making up the schedules!
