we offer eating eggs for sale and in the near future goat kids and lambs also.

We also hope to offer farm visits in the near future in the form of kids birthday parties or just family outings where you get to come hangout with all the animals

Well added some more growing chicks to the outdoor grower pen and so far no fighting, hoping the older ones will teach the younger ones to go in at night and in bad weather lol.....so will be doing a check before bed tonight...

And the ducklings nearly doubled in size over the weekend lol so they have graduated to the brooder shed and moved outside on nice days.....no longer in the porch lol....they are stinky 😂🤣😂🤣

Now there's room for the next 3 ducklings 🤣😂🤣

Well I got 13 chicks out of 18 eggs I bought.....they are so cute, some have feathers on their legs and some have puffy cheeks..... hopefully they are all girls especially the one that will be a white one as I'm so curious to see if she lays blue eggs or olive eggs as I don't know which color she came out of lol

Well incubator is loaded with a mix of olive egger and Easter egger eggs and 2 Call duck eggs......but I couldn't wait and picked up 6 little backyard mix chickens..... hopefully they are all hens as it would be lovely to have some lighter colored hens, I seem to have a lot of black ones lol

Lockdown is tonight, 27 quail eggs, here's hoping it's a good hatch in 3 days ❤️

Well final count is 10 babies out of 15, not a bad hatch. These guys are so so tiny but boy can they move fast lol, the first of my breeders!

Now to clean out the incubator and line up another 2dz for the next hatch!!

Woke up to our first tiny Jumbo Coturnix Quail chick this morning, hopefully some more join it soon as it's lonely

The farms new adventure......Jumbo Coturnix Quail......here's to hoping for a great hatch. 3-4 quail eggs equal 1 chicken egg if you're eating them or 1 quail is equal to eating a chicken breast so it's a great meal size!

Well with the snow melting and no lake in front of the chicken run door I let the chickens out to run around and get some exercise lol and a bonus for the ducks is the mini pond for them to have a shallow swim.....maybe now they will start laying eggs for me again, although instead of the expected one I did get 2 eggs today......yay girls!!!

Well it has been a busy two weekends, 5 meat chickens processed last weekend and 6 roosters today and there will be 1 meat chicken and 4 roosters tomorrow and that's it for the 2023 yr!!

Had a good friend come for a visit and some much needed animal therapy to help heal her heart from the loss of a much loved pet ❤️❤️❤️. Look at that smile!!!!
