Sprite had four lovely very chubby puppies. We have two sable boys, one blue merle boy and one tri girl. I am super happy with all the puppies and Sprite is in love with her babies. She did awesome. Bittersweet since this is her last litter and she is such a great mom.

Sprite had her x-ray and we are expecting 4 puppies! This is my favourite litter size. Her pen is all set up and we are all waiting for their arrival.

Our second confirmed pregnancy. El is definitely pregnant. due February 1st. This is El's last litter and will be all sable or sable merle puppies. El goes for her X-ray on January 27th to get a peek on how many are coming. This is also most likely the last litter for Sir Riven. He has given us many lovely babies and we have three of his daughters currently. We will be using two of them for sure in our breeding program.

I am happy to confirm our first pregnancy. Sprite is starting to show and is loving belly rubs right now. She had a bath today and groaned the whole time I was scrubbing her belly. She is eating well although she only likes the super expensive treats now. I have booked her pregnancy xray for January 13th to see how many babies are in there. This is Sprite's last litter of puppies.

Cold day with nothing to do. Girls are still under lockdown due to 5 out of 6 being in heat.So I loaded kongs and the treat ball.

We are now expecting a second litter two weeks after Sprite and Riven are due. El and Riven are now expecting puppies February 1. These two litters are our only planned breedings this year. Sprite and Riven's possible colours are sable, sable merle, blue merle and tri. El and Rivens possible colours are sable and sable merle.

We have had a breeding with Sprite and Riven. Earlier than expected but very welcome. Puppies are expected on January 18. Possible colours are sable, sable merle, tri colour, blue merle.

There is a scam going around targeting pet owners. So far two of Fundy Coast puppy owners have been targeted for sure. Perhaps more of you. Your puppy's/dog's microchip NEVER runs out and is registered with CanadaChip automatically when I register your puppy. You do not need to do anything except keep your personal information up to date with the CKC. If you want to check with the CKC to make sure your information is correct then go ckc.ca and proceed from there.

Dear Dogs and Cats:
The dishes on the floor with the paw prints are yours and contain your food. The other dishes are mine and contain my food. Placing a paw print in the middle of my plate does not mean that is suddenly your food, nor do I find that aesthetically pleasing in the slightest.
The stairway was not designed by NASCAR and is not a racetrack. Racing me to the top of the stairs is not the object. Tripping me doesn't help because I fall faster than you can run.
I cannot buy anything bigger than a king sized bed. I am very sorry about this. Do not think I will continue sleeping on the couch to ensure your comfort. Dogs and cats can actually curl up in a ball when they sleep. It Is not necessary to sleep perpendicular to each other, stretched out to the fullest extent possible. I also know that sticking tails straight out and having tongues hanging out on the other end to maximize space that you are taking up, is nothing but sarcasm.
For the last time, there is no secret exit from the bathroom! If, by some miracle, I beat you there and manage to get the door shut, it is not necessary to claw, whine, meow, try to turn the k**b or get your paw under the edge in an attempt to open the door. I must exit through the same door I entered. Also, I have been using the bathroom for years - canine/feline attendance is not required.
The proper order for kissing is: Kiss me first, then go smell the other dog or cat's bottom. I cannot stress this enough.
Finally, in fairness, dear pets, I have posted the following message on the front door:
TO ALL NON-PET OWNERS WHO VISIT AND COMPLAIN ABOUT OUR PETS:
(1) They live here....you don't.
(2) If you don't want their hair on your clothes, stay off the furniture.
That's why they call it “fur”-niture.
(3) I like my pets a lot better than I like most people.
(4) To you, they are animals. To me, they are adopted sons/daughters who are short, hairy, walk on all fours and don't speak clearly.
Remember, dogs and cats are better than kids because they:
(1) eat less,
(2) don't ask for money all the time,
(3) are easier to train,
(4) normally come when called,
(5) never ask to drive the car,
(6) don't smoke or drink,
(7) don't want to wear your clothes and

Here is a picture of a scruffy looking Jake after our camping trip and a bath today. Jake did great in the car. He isn't a fan of the back seat and let me know. On the way home he got to sit in the front of the van and loved looking around and giving advice on where to go. He adjusted quickly to being crated at the camper and going out into our tiny fenced yard. He got brushed at the camper, had a bath when we got home and did great with all of it. He is still looking for a home. He comes with his crate, beds and an amazing array of toys, leashes, treats and much more. His ideal home would be with a couple that are middle aged. He gets along great with other dogs and children.

Jake is settling in nicely and will be taking a trip with us to the camper this week. This will give me a chance to evaluate how he is in the car. He gets along well with the other dogs, the only clashes have been with Stormy but she is the instigator not Jake. He is interested in the cats but does not chase them or approach them, when they approach him he is quite polite. He likes to cuddle up on the couch and loves "training/treat" time. He does need to loose a few pounds but is just chubby not badly overweight, I haven't weighed him but my guess is his ideal weight should be about 25 pounds. He is still looking for his forever home. There is an adoption fee. If you are interested in this boy please message. I will not answer inquiries in the comments.

Hello folks. We have an older dog looking for a home. Jake is 8 years old, on the large side and is being surrendered because of unfortunate life circumstances. He is a beautiful deep mahogany colour and is well behaved. He comes with all the items that he is used to including crate, beds and toys. Jake is raw fed and would need to continue with that diet. His current owners have also left extensive notes on his routine and care. If you are interested please send a message. I will not be replying to questions in the comments. As I write this Jake is snuggled up against me on the couch. I am super impressed with how quickly he is adapting to my home.
