EV's Pet Bandanas Etc It all started as a simple hobby... They attach with plastic snap buttons.

All pet bandanas are fully reversible and made with new or previously loved materials, with a layer of interfacing in between, to ensure that they don't roll over time. Sizes and prices:
Small (fit neck between 9" and 12" / cats and small dogs): $12
Medium (fit neck between 13" and 16" / medium dogs): $15
Large (fit neck between 18" and 21" / large dogs): $18

With the leftover material, I make

skin care pads, in packs of 7 (one for each day of the week!). The skin care side of the skin care pads (terry cloth or fleece) is strictly new fabric, but the colorful side is either new or previously loved fabric. Sizes and prices:
Small (3"x3" / pack of 7): $13
Large (5"x5" / pack of 7): $16

Recycling is caring! Did you know that previously loved clothes sometimes make an appearance in my products? (Thanks to a certain popular used clothes maritimes stores chain!). This week’s creation used to be a small woman’s shirt and a nurse scrub top. I had enough material to make a large reversible bandana, 2 medium ones, 2 small ones and 4 sets of face care pads. Fear not, the business end of face care pads is always made of new material. These will make an appearance at Made with Love - Janet's Bake Shop and Crafts this weekend.

Meet Murdawg, 11.75 months old (it’s his birthday next week!) French Bulldog and welcome back to Dave, 2.5 years old Corgi. Now Murdawg is a bit upset. When their human told them she had special-ordered bandanas that were representative of them, Murdawg was real excited! What kind of awesome canine specimen would be selected to represent him? Or would it have bacon-wrapped cats on it (his dream treat)? So imagine how confused he was when he looked at himself in the mirror... potatoes? POTATOES?!? He is still musing on whether he should get a lawyer... (and would be mortified if I told you that the reverse side of his bandana is popcorn... as his non-barking end can sometimes reproduce the sound of popping corn... But I did not tell you!). As for Dave, well, he is older and wiser and told himself that he might as well embrace his prickly image. And if the cactus is enough to keep the enthusiastic Murdawg away, it is a win. He is just sad that the bandana does not bear real cactus spikes for the real effect. Now he need to catch up on his beauty sleep - do you mind turning off the light on the way out?

Meet Buster, 3 months-old dogue de Bordeaux and good boy in training. If you think that Buster looks worried, you would be right. You see, this is his very first Christmas and he is a tad confused. He really does not understand the Santa concept…. What do you mean, a big guy in a red suit will show up, unannounced, in the middle of the night, and through the chimney?!? Have you not heard of “stranger-danger”?!? And we are supposed to let him? And he’ll be leaving presents? When Buster leaves a present in the house he gets in trouble…. And this guy will show up with a bagful of presents?!? And the humans will squeal with delight when they discover them in the morning?!? He is however quite pleased with the fact that the humans did bring a tree in the house and he keeps waiting for the squirrels to make an appearance. Until they do, Buster is left to contemplate and ponder the crazy stories he hears about this time of the year while proudly wearing his brand-new holiday bandana.

Our two favorite pugs are back! Léon (8 yrs-old), gentleman and avid foodie, is busy dreaming of all the holiday goodies and how to sneak them past his attentive human, while Lily (6 yrs-old), always the extremely enthusiastic greeter, is on-line pre-ordering mistletoe for everywhere she goes. No worries if it is not delivered on time, Lily has a very generous kissing policy anyway. Just don't laugh at the same time or she will find a way to reach your tonsils. These two don't need help writing to Santa as they are very organized and got that done weeks ago. Anyway, in Lily's case, all she wants for Christmas is you (and you, and you, and you, and you... oh, and you too!). Léon, ever the refined gentlemen is relaxing leisurely listening to "Bark the Herald Angels Sing" and other classics while waiting for the turkey to cook. Take inspiration from Lily and Léon, and enjoy the simple pleasures that the season has to offer.

Esmeralda and Walter are back too! These 4 and 1 year-old happy mix, siblings from different mothers, have heard that this is the place to come should one requires assistance to write their letters to Santa... Walter, always the jumping enthusiast, wants a pet kangaroo, a trampoline and a life-time supply of Mexican jumping beans. He wants Santa to know that he has been a very, very good boy this year, and that if he accidentally got into mischief, it was simply because he is so obedient, and if Esmeralda told him to do it, what choice did he have, really? As for Esmeralda, it is not her fault if she ate the cookies and milk left for Santa last year. How was she to know they were not for her when they were plainly left within reach on the chimney mantle, which was only a short jump away from the TV stand next to the side table that can be reached from the couch? They can barely contain their excitement as they proudly show their brand new holiday pet bandanas! They get theirs especially custom-made, but want you to know that there is still time to get a bandana for your furry bosses at Made with Love - Janet's Bake Shop and Crafts until Saturday only (for holiday models. Look who's back! Louise, now 7, domestic short hair muse (she is the original bandana inspiration), social media maven (she has her own instagram), life coach (because emotional support cat is so last year) and now, newly minted entrepreneur. Yes, Louise has now expanded her list of accomplishments by becoming a pest control specialist. Well, really it started as a rodent recreational coordinator, but as she usually plays a little too enthusiastically, she might as well advertise truthfully. Louise is seeking assistance to write her letter to Santa. (You know, that lack of opposable thumbs makes it so hard to hold a pen, and she feels that a handwritten letter is a must when writing to Santa. If your penmanship leaves to be desired, please do not apply.). But you cannot tell Santa that the letter is from her. You need to ask, "for a friend", whether offering the mouse cadaver to your humans takes the naughty out of killing the mouse in the first place... After all, she was only getting herself in the holiday mood... "Deck the hall with mouse and holly... Fa la la la la". She is even ready for Santa, with her holiday bandana.

Meet Clémentine (6 months old Golden Retriever), Willow (3 years old Golden Retriever) and Winston (6 years old Golden Doodle). They have been trying to write their letter to Santa for the last 3 days. But Clémentine, who is in the T-rex stage of puppyhood, chewed three drafts, ate two pencils and chased a partridge up a pear tree. As a result, Winston is now asking Santa to be an only child while Willow wants a few more siblings, as it is her secret wish to play Rudolph in a play, and therefore, needs more actors to play the other reindeer. Clémentine would just be happy to have additional friends. While she loves them, she doesn't understand that the three other very weird looking dogs that inhabits the house want nothing to do with her. Plus she feels that they talk funny... when they bark, they make these weird hissing and meowing sounds, and she is not bilingual. There is, however, one thing they all agree on: how adorable they all look with their brand-new custom-made bandanas!

Look who's back! Sir Elwood Shackleton, aristocat extraordinaire. He is still 6 years old and is obviously still a Maine C**n! Elwood is thankful for the university holiday break but is seeking assistance to get his letter to Santa. In light of the postal strike, would one of you hand deliver it please? Elwood has been a very good feline (he won't be called a good boy, that is for dogs. Ewww.) and promises that he has surpassed his nap target this year. He guarantees that on Christmas Eve, not a creature will be stirring through the house. Definitely not a mouse. For Christmas, Elwood is keeping it simple. A simple gold-adorned massaging warming cat bed, with 1-2 human attendants and a personal chef on call 24/7. And a few light snacks. Caviar would do. Really, just the basics. Elwood is wearing his brand new holiday bandana, custom-made for him. (When one has such a gorgeous mane, one deserves a tailored outfit, just for him).

Meet Wynnie, 3 yr-old English Mastiff kindness ambassador. She is hoping that one of you can write to Santa on her behalf to inform him that she has been a very, very, very good girl this year. Please know that taking over mom and dad's bed shouldn't be considered as being naughty. The bed is so comfy and she needs to be able to stretch out and get her beauty sleep. Also, people shouldn't get upset at her for drooling too much, as she can't help it that all that food gets her salivary glands going. She wants to remind you to be kind this holiday season (and always), and to use positive words. For example, it makes her sad when people say she is a big dog. She prefers spatially impressive. She is proudly sporting her brand new XL (for Extra Lovable) holiday bandana. Be like Wynnie and spread happiness around you.

Meet Esmeralda, 4 yr-old happy mix (a little bit of this, a little bit of that, with a hint of diva), and Walter, 1yr-old happy mix (in his case with a hint of kangaroo), adoptive siblings. Esmeralda runs the operation (there are a lot of sounds and smells and squirrels to investigate around the home you know!) while Walter is fully invested in his athletic jumping career. To relax from their busy canine lives, they go on drives (of course, they have a chauffeur) and various adventures. Being fashion icons, they are modelling here the Fall and Halloween lines of medium size bandanas. Rumour has it that a couple were designed exclusively for them…

Leaving her biological family tradition behind, Lucki dropped out of police school and forged her own path to embrace a career as chief security officer of her adoptive family. She may be a goofball with her loved ones behind closed doors, but if you ring the doorbell, it is General Goofball to you!
