π§π§ Cheesy Garlic Zucchini Steaks π§π§
Ingredients:
3 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1-inch thick rounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried basil)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Prepare Zucchini:
Arrange the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil.
Add Garlic:
Evenly distribute the minced garlic over the zucchini slices.
Top with Cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices.
