At Bark N’ Banter, our meal times are always calm and controlled. 🍲 We always try our best to feed everyone at once but as you can see here - not every pup is hungry at the same time. While feeding everyone, “Big Archie” wasn’t hungry when I offered him his dinner, which is absolutely okay. We tried again an hour later and he ate it all up! On the other hand, “Small Archie’s” parents say he grazes his food when he’s at home. That was not the case for supper this day! He totally downed his food. 🫘 Do your pups love meal time or do they prefer to graze?

ᴇɴᴊᴏʏɪɴɢ ᴛʜᴇ ʟᴀꜱᴛ ꜰᴇᴡ ᴅᴀʏꜱ ᴏꜰ 2023 ᴡɪᴛʜ ʟᴇᴡɪꜱ! 🗓️ Lewis the Golden Retriever stayed with us to count down the last few days of 2023. We were sure to make it memorable and spend some time at the fenced-in field before it got covered by snow! We love to enjoy the field before it gets icy and frozen. 🥶 Lewis’s demeanour is very playful, silly, sleepy and soft. Goldens often have great personalities and I would say that is 100% true about Lewis. He was a pleasure to have. The day before needing to leave, his parents went searching for someone to watch Lewis, hoping they would find someone under last minute circumstances. Luckily they found us & we happily welcomed Lewis. The 𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗶𝗺 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘀 is a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 in our household. We cannot bring something home from Tim’s without the pups inspecting the bag, and thinking… we must have 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 for them! 🤎 Now trust me, we don’t get them 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 every time we stop - that would just be TOO much! Today we decided, why not? 🤫 We had an awesome group of doodles today. Everyone was so 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗱 & 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 while at the field.
