Conditions are perfect now to use dormant oil before the insects and disease get active. Dormant oil contains mineral oil to smother insects, and lime sulphur to control fungal problems.

Not to be used on apricot.

We have a wide range of animal feed in stock.

Our main supplier is Ritchie-Smith Bagged Feeds, based in Abbotsford. They supply our own branded Buckerfields bags as well as Chatterbox, a non-GMO range of poultry feeds. We also have two local suppliers who supply us with organic feed grown locally - Pete's FeedFeeds and Lakeland Feeds Inc.

In addition, we do two ranges of horse feed. We carry Harmony by Ritchie Smith Feeds and we also stock Hoffman's Horse Products

We have plenty of fertilizers here for Spring!

We stock both organic and non organic fertilizers by Garden Pro and Gaia Green. Some fertilizers are granular, and some are liquid. The liquid ones give a quicker response, whereas the granular ones tend to release more slowly over a longer period.

In our yard we also have larger 25kg sacks.

Come in and have a look at what we stock and speak to our friendly staff about your needs.

Spring is getting closer, but there's still some winter left!

We have plenty of ice melt left as well as lots of shavings, straw, and h**p bedding to keep your animals dry. Theres also plenty of wood pellets to keep you warm 😃

Don't forget the birds. We've just had a shipment of black oil and different types of wild bird seed for your feathered friends.

Come in and stock up. We are here every day until 6pm and 7pm on Fridays.

If you are thinking about fencing or sectioning areas off, electric fencing is a flexible option.

We have a range of different energizers to electrify an electric fence. Things to consider are what power source to use, and how powerful it needs to be. Options for power include a 12v battery, 110V mains source, and solar. More powerful units are necessary to keep animals in, or to exclude wild animals.

We also have accessories such as insulators, wire, testers, and step in posts.

The rodents are still around and in the cold weather they seek warm areas to shelter.

We have several options to help. We have a variety of different rat and mouse traps, poison, and spray deterrants . If you want advice come in and talk to our knowledgeable staff.

We also have the Giant Destroyer to help eradicate gophers and moles. And live traps to help solve problems with larger animals.

Aside from their eye-catching appearance, Guineas are low maintenance, highly social and very vocal birds. They provide excellent pest control and love to forage for mice, beetles, ticks, ants, and more! They also provide a natural alarm to alert other animals when predators are nearby. Their fabulous traits don't just end there - Guineas can lay up to 100 eggs in a season with thicker shells and nearly 3 times the protein level of a chicken egg of the same size!
