Dear Clients:

We would just like to inform everyone that the clinic is currently undergoing renovations for at least the next 6 weeks.

We are allowing people in with their pets for appointments, however we only have use of one exam room at this time.

When you arrive for your appointment, please knock or call to let us know you are here and we will come out and get you when we are ready!

Due to renovations, we are not stocking as much food as usual, so we are asking that you call well in advance (at least one week) for any food order to be picked up.

We are strongly recommending use our online webstore for food orders. Our webstore offers discounts on food and products and shipping directly to your house! You can sign up yourself or call us and we can set you up!

COVID PROTOCOL UPDATE MARCH 2022

Dear Clients:

Thanks for your patience and patients! It’s been a long two years and we’re all anxious to get back to ‘normal’ as soon as possible. Over the next few weeks, we are planning a gradual and careful return to in-person visits: we have several immune-compromised staff that are fully vaccinated but still at more risk than others.
We will be encouraging and continuing curbside pickup/staff delivery to your car for food and prescriptions that are pre-ordered whenever possible to ensure efficient, no-waiting service for our clients. If you haven’t signed up for our webstore, please ask—discounts are still being offered, and you can have it shipped directly to your home or still pick it up at the clinic with minimal waiting.
We are pleased to announce that we are resuming owner-accompanied visits for scheduled appointments, if desired. One person may accompany their pet into the hospital. Pre-entry screening and history taking will take place curbside to minimize time spent indoors, and you will be taken directly into an exam room to facilitate social distancing. We are still happy to look after your pet and bring them back to the car, if you’ve secretly enjoyed NOT coming in with them!!
Our focus on cleaning and disinfection continues. We have added two HEPA filters in the front office and exam room area. Masks are mandatory and must be worn at all times while in the clinic. Please use the motion-sensitive hand sanitizer just inside the door on your way in and out.
We are increasingly using texting for quick and convenient communication, as well as email, and will still provide telemedicine diagnosis and treatment where possible.
