Greenhouse = shoulder season payoff!
So far, very successful greenhouse growth. We already have early season potatoes in the garden and next weekend will be the big outdoor plant. We are already seeing full growth, radishes, arugula, and red leaf lettuce with green onions, carrots, and multitude of herbs and BEETS to follow shortly. 👩‍🌾 🥔🥕 🧅

As disappointed as I was to see a flurry this morning, I realize we definitely needed it. As the snow melts a fresh crisp green emerges where before it was dry brown grass.

My rain barrels are full, and I’m ready to water a garden! 🥕
