๐When The Stars Align๐ซ
๐พMr. Kona has found his people! Thank you for the video update Taryn!! Pure love and joy captured in such a precious moment.๐พ
๐Check out these six week old cuties! ๐
From 4- 8 weeks, we call this the first socialization stage. ๐พ
Some of these behaviours include:
-Picks up cues from littermates and human interaction
- Starts learning social structure and pack ranking
- Increase in mobility, including wrestling with littermates and exploring the surroundings
We also introduced new obstacles to help enhance their cognitive abilities. โจThey enjoyed the new tent, which they brought down instantly, a box, balls and some rope for a tug toy. ๐ป
We still have a few spots available left on this litter but I have a feeling they wonโt last long. ๐ป
We expanded their play area last night! They toke a little time to get used to it and quickly huddled up in the corner for a nap. I think they were tired from their big day out in the yard! ๐๐ฒ
This morning I shot this video of them and they were so excited about it! ๐ป
We set up a safe outdoor area for the pups today! We have so many little cracks that they can crawl under and get lost in so I put up this playpen. ๐ป
Tai our five year old was having so much fun playing with the pups all day. ๐๐พ
Our two girls having a ball at the Sooke Potholes Provincial Park. ๐ฒ๐ฅฐ
We love to get outdoors with the dogs as much as possible! Getting our Dams daily exercise in is crucial for their happiness and especially while pregnant. Standard Goldendoodles and Poodles are very athletic and require at least 4 km of walking/running per day. โค๏ธ
Muir Creek Doodles Client Testimomial ๐ป๐
Meet Kirsten and Scott, a lovely couple! They watched their puppy Maggie develop from when she was two weeks old until she was eight weeks, and went home with them! ๐
They are thrilled with their Muir Creek Doodle, an F2 Multigenerational Goldendoodle, and we couldn't be happier for them! ๐๐ผ
We have a waitlist going for this same pairing, which is scheduled to go home on September 1st!
Watching your fur baby grow up is one of the joys of being on a waitlist. It's a very unforgettable experience. ๐ป

Warning graphic video ( ticks ๐คฎ)
Hi everyone! I just wanted to provide a little education on removing ticks. Unfortunately, I found a Tick on our Parti Poodle, Tatum, so I figured it was the perfect opportunity to show you how to properly pull one out if you ever find one on your dog and your flea /tick prevention has worn off.
Once you see the tick you will see a little grey cocoon. What you want to do is grab that at the base. Then you want to take your tweezers and pull the tick in the opposite direction that it's leaning towards very slowly.
If you do this correctly, you should see the arms and legs come out in one piece.
Hope this helps! โค๏ธ
