Make sure to book your pups in for regular grooming so they (and your home) stay fresh and clean throughout the holiday season!

Dear Valued Wizard of Paws Clients,
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to this incredible community for all the love and support you’ve shown me since I opened my business in February. It has been such a joy getting to know so many wonderful dogs, and I am truly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me.
As we head into the winter season, I wanted to share an update. Temporarily I will be pausing the acceptance of new clients. This decision allows me to continue meeting the needs of my current clients and providing the quality care and attention I pride myself on.Making your pup look and feel their best is always my first priority, and so much fun!
My goal is to reopen my books for new clients in 2025 The date is unknown at this time. I will let everyone know when that changes. I appreciate your understanding in the meantime.
For my current clients, I encourage booking appointments in advance to maintain consistent grooming schedules. This also helps me better plan for future bookings and ensure your pups stay looking their best year-round.

By booking your pup’s grooming appointment months— or even a year—in advance, you ensure that your furry friend still gets their much-needed “me time,” even amid the holiday rush.

✨️Important information from Wizard of Paws✨️
My passion to continue providing you with the best grooming in a stress free space. Being able to care for all my dogs needs and requirements in the way they deserve is so important and close to my heart. This means all dogs deserve their full session to be a positive, fun and relaxing environment.
To ensure I am able to honor all appointments and respect everyone's time, I have decided to introduce a no-show fee.
What does this mean?
Clients who are 20 minutes late will be considered a NO-SHOW and your appointment will be automatically canceled. You will charged 50% of your grooming fee which will need to be paid before your next appointment.
This charge helps us to accommodate all our loyal clients effectively and maintain my schedule.
I truly appreciate your understanding and support as I implement this policy, ensuring that everyone receives the care they deserve. Thank you for being such a great part of our community!
