Fireworks Safety Tips fit your pets.

As you know, the long weekend is this weekend. Which means fireworks!!
Many dogs find FIREWORKS frightening.

TIPS TO KEEP YOUR PETS SAFE:
-PLEASE ensure your property is secure. Supervise your dog in your yard.
-Keep your dog inside.
-Plan your walk earlier when fireworks are less likely.
-Check that all your dogs gear (collar, leash) is fitted properly and in good repair (no rips or damage).
-Plan ahead to keep your dog home and secured inside.
-Drown out noise with music or tv.
-Keep your dog content and calm with some treats or toys.
-Be prepared, make sure your dogs tags and microchip info are up to date.

Please keep your furbabies safe.
-call Humane Society to ensure your pet isn't there and follow up.
-Put your pets bed at the front door, include either a favorite of theirs or something with your scent on it.

If your dog does get loose, remain calm.
