Kratos 🌹💘 feeling fresh 2 DEATH after his bath and mani pedi today 💅
Today was our second appointment together! His parents started out as “we don’t know if you’ll be able to give him a bath let alone trim his nails” but after only two appointments (and a couple treats) I’m able to do his nails no problem 😊 I’m coming for his toe hairs next!!! ✂️ Do you have a dog that struggles with having their nails trimmed? Looks like I’m not the only one who’s been enjoying the new digs! Ruby, Annie, Lilly and Buttercup are giving my two new locations their seal of approval! Until I have a more permanent home, I’m setting up shop for big dawgs at Tails N Nails in Torbay and small pups in Airport Heights 🐶 thank you everyone for your support 💖

Hi everyone! Hope you’re staying warm on this snowy day! ♥️ Just reaching out to let you know that I’m putting a cancellation/no show policy in place as I’ve been having a lot of trouble with people not showing up to their appointments or cancelling with little to no notice. When people no show/cancel last minute it doesn’t allow me enough time to fill their spot, therefore I end up losing out not just on my time but the money that I would have made from that appointment. Especially with big dogs where I book off my entire morning/afternoon to accommodate them, a no show is a huge loss and a huge space that I am then unable to fill. With the way things are right now (price of eggs amirite) I simply cannot afford to be losing out as frequently as I have been. Please be considerate and give me at least 24 hours if you need to cancel; any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or an adequate reason will be required to pay for half of their missed appointment before rescheduling. Three no shows and unfortunately I’m going to have to remove you from my clients list. I love all of your pups like my own and want to keep seeing them, so please keep this in mind from now on when booking your appointments!
