Next year’s Korean Pine are springing to life after stratification. The Siberians won’t be far behind. The Koreansis nuts were huge, three times the size of commercially available pine nuts, and twice the size of the Siberica. The precious few I ate were so buttery and yummy, these 5-needled Pinus are an investment in deliciousness! Perfect for ’s climate and soil, this is an industry worth pursuing.
