Why do I like doing custom work? Because it really seems like two dogs are never alike. One of the ready-made Splashsuits needs 5" taken off the legs and 4" off the back at the butt for a better fit on an adorable little girl. I have some ready-made items (from when I bought out a company to have their patterns) on Clearance this summer for 60% off.

I won! The sewing world has a game called "thread chicken". It's where you push the limits in changing your bobbin thread and pray that you don't run out before your project is done. A dangerous game on top stitching. Well tonight I won with not too much left on the bobbin. 10 new bandanas will be at the Ol Mac Market tomorrow morning.

Do you need some Razzle Dazzle in your life? I used up the rest of the faux sparkle fabric to make this sweater. It will be up on display for sale at the Ol’ Mac Market - at Ol' MacDonald's Resort this Saturday. Size Small; fits back 12-14", neck 11-12", chest 17-21".

Q - What does the 'C' mean?
A - 'Custom'
When needed, I adjust patterns based on several measurements from your pet. I put a 'C' label in addition to the base size label so that customers know it's not just a standard size and has been altered to fit a specific pet. This can also avoid confusion if you find a Lux-fur-ious item second hand. I keep a record of all the custom orders I make so that I can recreate the item down the road. If you need to sell your custom item, or find a custom item for sale, you can reach out to get the measurements that specific outfit was made to fit.
