Happy national dog parent appreciation day! This one goes out to all of the amazing dog parents out there who take care of their little companions!

Also happy cat lady day! And yes, that’s a national day, I just learned this from Tilbury vet today 😂 so a big shout out to all of the amazing cat ladies out there, caring souls are also super appreciated.

Now apparently this should not be confused with the upcoming pet parent appreciation day at the end of the month lol Tilbury Veterinary Clinic

Perfect for anxious, ill or elderly pets. Also just an amazing spa day relaxation for any pet 🥰🐾

Depending on the reason the pet is in I also customize it - if it's just a spa day I do an overall general relaxation, Reiki healing and acupressure session or if there's specific things going on like diseases, disorders or injury. Any specific symptoms I will work on those a bit more and spend more time on that. Just like a human it can be customized to whatever the needs are. Overall the pet will get a super relaxed session and will overall get a variety of benefits.

While Reiki is really good for healing the body, it can also be a really peaceful way to help with palliative care and end of life. Right now my dog is going through that, where it just helps with the suffering and he will keep him comfortable. Another common use for reiki is during the end of life process.

For humans or pets- when we have to make the decision, it can help to keep them calm and with any suffering during the moment of; while also help to bring peace to the entire process and be accommodating in whatever the loved ones of or the being themself believe in happens after life.
I am always open to helping people through hard times and accommodating whatever people need/want from their sessions. If you have any pets that are going through palliative care I can do local at home apts and I am happy to discuss options of seeing if your vet is OK with me being present for the process to give you & your pet peace and comfort in hard moments.

Field trip day!! Today Max and Elsie decided they wanted to go on a field trip to Pet Valu ! One thing I love to do for my dog walking clients is take them on little adventures and field trips when I can! So we headed back to Pet Valu for our second trip there by request from the Dogs! They somehow knew exactly where to go from last time and were eager together! They got to explore and sniff around! it was such a great time and implemented good mental stimulation into their day! Needless to say, they will be nice and tired for Mom now 🥰

Ps. The last picture is when they communicated to me that they wanted to go there lol .. and how can I say no to those faces? 🥰🐾😂

This week we got to celebrate Miss Elsie’s birthday!! It was a belated celebration 🎉 we had so much fun! Little birthday treats, nice long walk and play date! Such a cutie. Elsie LOVES racing, she’s super friendly, and is such a playful little baguette 🥖 🥰💕

Does your dog wear a coat or boots or both during winter or rainy seasons? ❄️ 🌧️

Depending on what the weather is like, having a coat and boots, can be very protective to our little fur babies! Boots help protect those paws from frostbite and snow building up on fur! Coats of course keep them warm and dryer when it’s colder. 🧥🥾

Client Feature: Taz!

He is such a fun pup & sweetheart! His favourite toy was definitely this ball! My own dog also loves playing fetch! It is her favourite as well, so it was really easy for me to enjoy playing his favourite activity when I petsit him! Another fun activity we did was play hide and seek with some treats! I sent him with two other dogs, and that was their other favourite game!

Client Feature: Echo 💜 such a cute little pup she is! Baby of the family 🥹 She is a little hesitant with you at first but she warms up sweetly and is so fun. Love her! 🥰

On another note: one thing I do offer is LAT and exposure training for dogs with anxiety during walking sessions/pet sitting by request. To do this treats are a must 😜 I always individualize the treat to the pup based on taste and of course allergy needs ect.

These three are such cuties! Big sweethearts with lots of energy! I had so much fun spending a couple days with them this past week!

I customized our days based on their personal preferences and their pawrents preferences/request! As Aussies with loads of energy and excitement, we had lots of outside time, games and even people watched together as you can see below 😂
