Start with lots of aerobic exercise—think two brisk walks or fetch sessions daily—to burn off that nervous energy 🐾✨ Then, try gradual desensitization, like practicing short departures and rewarding calm behavior (peanut butter-filled Kongs are a game-changer 🥜🐶).
