My name is Samantha Bechard and I have grown up with pets in my home since I was 5 years old and it has taught me many great things. Since my first dog, Oreo (who will forever hold a piece of my heart), I have developed a strong attachment to animals. As I child, I used to go door-to-door asking neighbors to bring their dogs for a walk or offer to doggy-sit just because I loved being around them so much. I also used to look around my neighborhood for stray/lost animals so I could bring them back home and care for them until their owners could be located. My promise to you is that I will treat your pet as if it were apart of my own family. I also have a Bachelor degree in Psychology, which allows me to understand a variety of "learning" techniques that are used within the field of animal behavior (i.e. classical conditioning). Using aversion-based dog training (i.e. punishment) as a useful tool for training your pet is, in most cases, a common misconception. In fact, this can lead to more severe behavioral issues such as aggressiveness. With the help of my educational background, I will use a positive reinforcement (i.e. rewards) method that has been proven to have greater benefits for you and your pet in order to teach or reinforce basic obedience. - All services are available Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm (except for special requests and the Weekend Adventure Program)
- Complimentary pick up and drop off within service area
- Teach/reinforce basic obedience
- Food, water and toys are included
- We walk in rain or shine and will only limit services in extreme weather conditions
- Dogs will always be on a leash unless they are in a leash free park (fenced in area)
- A maximum of 3 dogs per walk in order to ensure that all dogs have enough attention, love and, of course, belly rubs!
- Daily Client Follow Up: All clients will receive daily feedback about their pets via email or text and will also include a picture of your pet having a great time with us!
*All dogs participating in the Group Walk Program must be up-to-date on vaccinations, be spayed or neutered, licensed with the City of Toronto, have basic obedience and be friendly/sociable with other dogs
*If you have any special requests, do not hesitate to ask - we are willing to go above and beyond to meet your expectations!

COMPLIMENTARY MEET & GREET:
Prior to any walks, I would like to meet with you and your pet in order to discuss your pet's history, assess your dog's basic level of training, discuss your dog's recall and general temperament, as well as explain the variety of services offered. SERVICE AREA:

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide us within 24 hours. If less than 12 hours notice is given to switch or cancel an appointment, a 50% charge for the service will be applied. We appreciate your business.
