Fireworks, UGH -

One recurring summer nuisance that affects my daily neighbourhood walks with my beloved pup, Maple, is the dreaded fireworks noise. We are out and about enjoying a lovely evening walk when suddenly ....Boom! The sky lights up with a colourful display, but Maple is cowering and trembling.

Puppy Play Social coming back.
in August. We will be offering Puppy play Socials. This is for puppies under 18 weeks of age that may need socialization with puppies their age.

When I bring my dog on the subway, I bring plenty of water, my dog’s favorite treats, chew toys, and whatever else she’ll need to entertain herself and remain calm.
I check transit regulations
I encourage my dog to eliminate before we board. I try to travel at less busy times if possible. I always keep her as close as possible and never let her sit on the seats. There are people that don't like dogs so as long as my dog and I are respectful, people seem not to mind.

Teddy graduated from his training class today. He needed a refresher after running wild for two years in Newfoundland. 🏆

We are very grateful to Jon for teaching in such a kind and straightforward way. Your love of dogs and patience with humans were both A+.

Thank you also for seeing the funny side in Teddy’s gusto and intense eye contact during the exercises.

We got a lot out of the classes and are looking forward to the next level.
