Folks, we’re back to regular shipping starting Monday, January 13th, with fresh flies! If your fly orders were delayed due to the strike or lost, rest assured we’ll take care of you. While December 30th and January 6th may not have gone as planned, we’re confident the 13th will be much smoother. Thank you to everyone who has been patient and supportive during this challenging time we truly appreciate you. Trust us, Flies are on the way!

Additionally, for our housefly pupa, we’re picking up a fresh across the border in a few days. These will need to ship the following week due to lost box held up in the fires this week.

This is the first of our now-weekly updates! If you're expecting flies or spiders from us this week, you've likely noticed that the national holiday caught us by surprise. Unfortunately, we overlooked it in our planning. To ensure everything goes smoothly, we've delayed all orders until the upcoming Monday.

For fly orders, those will ship on October 1st. As the housefly is still a new product for us, we want to reassure you that we guarantee all orders. If your flies arrive pupated or in poor condition, you are entitled to a free replacement. However, we have decided to discontinue lettermail shipping for houseflies. Instead, we will be offering blowfly larvae, which are known to ship better via lettermail.

If it turns out that houseflies cannot be reliably shipped via lettermail, you will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement shipment with blowfly pupae. We are committed to offering fresh shipments of both houseflies and blowflies weekly, shipping Canada-wide.

Additionally, we are currently seeking retail partners interested in stocking our feeder flies.
