Just finished Ferens last breeding. A repeat on a TB mare who gave her owner a stunning filly. And now the decision, a big decision….to geld Ferentino.
Feren has produced some stunning foals. He has not been a trendy stallion and I am not one to chase mare owners for breedings. There are a lot of top competing stallions out there to choose from. All this in mind, it is in his best interest to geld and give him back a life with friends. Turnout and playtime again with others. I think it is the best gift we can give him.
This will in turn make a show/performance life a tad easier.
So…on that note, thank you to all the mare owners who bred to this beautiful stallion. We hope to give you something you can be proud of. 💕🦄

2022 Breeding Season is here!! Ferentino is a 16.1hh Hanoverian stallion licensed with Westfalen NA. He passes on his beautiful type, wonderful temperament and athleticism. A beautifully conformed stallion…Feren excelled in the 3 yr old breed shows. He was High Point Champion at the Cup Qualifiers! Currently being started under saddle and over fences.
We are keeping his stud fee at $ 1 0 0 0 plus the $ 2 0 0 booking fee. He is offered with live cover only at this time.

2022…didn’t think it would hold such possibilities. After a devastating injury as a 2 year old, we thought Feren was going to be a pasture ornament. Through hard work, great practitioners and now a great rider, Ferentino may just show all of us the fruits of hard work and desire. This horse wants to work! He loves being ridden!! He has shown us that his sheer will, grit and determination are a powerful combination!
So we will continue to support him in his journey. We will NOT push him for anyone’s sake. Maybe he makes it to the show ring, maybe not. Despite that, he has incredible genetics, a phenomenal dam line and he is showing what a great producer he is! Even though he is currently starting to jump, his movement is so correct, the gaits so rhythmic, the balance so good that he offers flying changes. His mind so willing and his teddy bear personality, that he is winning the hearts of everyone at the boarding barn.
Thank you to everyone who has brought him to this point in his life 💕

And we are jumping!! Feren is working on his very first hunter courses…just wee little jumps, but we are so excited with his attitude. He has so much rhythm and natural balance!

Lets talk breeding expenses...I'm tired of all the extra costs when breeding. I hate charging them and I dislike collecting them. So, no extra fees here. What we offer is a live cover, done with just a $200 booking fee. No collection fees obviously. You can trailer your mare in, breed and be back on the trailer in 15 minutes or you can arrange a 24-48 hour stay (stabling fees applicable). When you mare is checked in foal at 14 days, you pay the stud fee, $1000. That's it. Call it a pregnancy guarantee. If he doesn't get your mare in foal....no stud fee is paid. 🥳
And maybe in the future, we will have some frozen for those farther a field. Until then, this is what we can offer.
