Many of you are probably aware of the toxic imported duck and chicken jerky treats that stores were selling a few years back which killed many dogs. I nearly killed my dog with these treats. You can imagine the guilt I felt giving what they call a wholesome treat to my dog. That was the end, I started making my own high quality treats and "bang" he loved them. Since his passing I have continued to make treats for all my fur-babies to enjoy. Please be careful, just because the packaging may say product of USA or Canada doesn't mean they were made here.

My beautiful Barney whom I dog sat for did the same thing to me. Put his cookies in the oven and he would stare at the oven then look at me. Needless to say it was all worth it in the end, He loved them!
