🐾SHADY 🐾

Miss Shady has been perking up and gaining more energy in her day to day. She is going for longer walks, and showing a happier, more comfortable version of her self. We are working through another 4 weeks to keep that pain at bay and to improve her gait.

🐾CLEO🐾

Cleo is as sweet as usual 💞 she knows our routine and does the cutest flop on her bed as if to tell me she is ready! She had a bit of a set back last week (no fault of her own) so I could sense she was tender in a few spots. She was full of kisses at the end and ready for her nap 😴.

🐾JOE🐾

CUTIE pie Joe is full of wiggles some days 🤣. He likes to keep me on my toes 😏 but he knows that his muscles will be feeling like butter by the time I'm done. He enjoyed a few chew toys to keep his mind busy and I worked out his tight hams. See you in 3 weeks bud!!

Sweet Callum & Murphy 🐾

These boys are real teddy bears 💗 it just doesn't get cuddlier than this pair of brothers.

Callum was extra sucky on this visit as he had a bit of a freak accident getting his paw stuck 😫. We took our time to get settled so he knew I was there to make him feel better 💞 By the time we were half way through his massage, he relaxed his mind and melted into a comfy state 🙌.

Murphy stayed close by for moral support 🐾

🐾 DIESEL 🐾 This sweet boy had his first Bowen session 🙌 Sometimes our health care routine requires an adjustment based on needs. He thoroughly accepted his session while enjoying the king of all stuffed kongs🤣

🐾MAYA 🐾 Sweet Maya was happy to see me but I could tell her lumbar region was causing her lots of discomfort. A dog's topline tells you a lot about their body conditioning and she really needed some support. She had lots of relief in her front end since it's doing most of the heavy lifting. She was resting happily by the time we finished💗

🐾OLAF & GYPSY🐾

Olaf had some sore hips today! He spent this morning running and was snoring shortly before I arrived. Poor guy, I disturbed his slumber a bit for this massage 😂 he was so mellow, he had his head flopped over while I worked his upper body. His lower back and hips were quite tight but with a few of his favorite treats, we got through it😊.

I was really impressed with Gypsies muscle conditioning 🙌 Normally she has some major back muscle tension but she was in excellent shape 👍 She enjoyed her relaxation massage while doing some nice stretching out.

I love seeing them all stretched out and belly up when Im leaving 🙂👏

🐾 CLEOPATRA 🐾

When I first met this sweet young girl (only 5 years old), I was really surprised. She is a little pocket rocket with great muscle tone, superb personality but moved like a much older dog. She was struggling on her walks, restricted movement in many of her joints and her muscles were extremely tight. She had a weakened right side and was compensating with her left.

Today marked our 6th session 💕 a combination of massage and Bowen therapy. I am getting to see her true personality shine which speaks loudly to how she is feeling! She is walking better, stretching more, energized and getting really silly 🤣. Our session this afternoon had to pause a few times for her to show me her pretzel moves and bring me her favorite chew toy. This girl is night and day from our first meeting and I AM HERE FOR IT 🙌

🐾 Happy Monday 🐾

Malibu was full of happiness and wiggles. He is such a sweet boy and has overcome so many obstacles in the last few months. He had a great massage and enjoyed some of his favorite treats 😊

Joe was a bouncing bundle of energy today (literally off the ground). He had a bit of a rocky time a few weeks ago but with the help of his wonderful vet, he is getting the medication he needs🥰 He was extra affectionate, smiley and thoroughly enjoyed his massage today.

🐾 I finished off my week with these adorable seniors💕

I am sooooo happy to see all these pups in their peppy dog era🙌 This is what happens when a dog who has been living with pain and discomfort, finally gets the help they need!

Their zest for life returns and they get to enjoy their golden years pain free.

I am headed up north with the kids for some much needed battery recharging✌️I hope you all have a beautiful weekend❕❕❕❕

🐾SHADY🐾

Sweet Shady has her second session today🙌

This week has been tough with the storms as some dogs are very triggered by these weather patterns. I could see she was quite anxious when I arrived so we took our time and began with some calming techniques and ear work.

She settled in nicely on my lap and welcomed her first Bowen session (her previous visit was a introductory massage). Within 10 minutes, her panting stopped. By the 20 minute mark, she was giving me some excellent hind leg stretches. By the end, she was falling asleep and after a rough morning... She needed some relaxation🥰.

🐾MEET SHADY🐾

Sweet Shady is a 14 year old Border Collie who is slowing down in her old age. She recently lost her housemate a month ago so she is also grieving that loss 💔.

Shady had her consultation and an introduction to massage therapy. Her wonderful owners are also doing some light therapy and ensuring she is still doing some light walking every day. She will be doing a combination of massage and Bowen therapy to help address the pain, inflammation and stiffness. Looking forward to her healing journey!

🐾Zeus & Maya🐾

Zeus has really turned a corner with his health. He has a host of challenges that would really trigger his anxiety. His major back muscles were very tight so we did a pivot and went for a good massage session. What a difference after one massage!!!

Maya is such a doll! After saying hello to me, she runs to her favorite chair and curls up as if to say, IM READY!!! She always sleeps through her Bowen sessions but occasionally gives a sweet kiss or 2.

🐾Tazz🐾

This stud muffin had his biweekly bowen maintenance session. He had a busy weekend at the cottage and did amazing!! Stairs were no problem, he even jumped off the dock into the lake 🙌. Today I could tell that his partying left him a bit tender but he is doing awesome. For an old boy, he has certainly kept his youthful energy 💕

🐾Sweet Sophie🐾

I had such a wonderful Bowen session with Sophie this morning. I can usually tell how a dog is feeling within a few minutes of them greeting me. Sophie was bursting with happy, playful energy and I just couldn't stop smiling!

I have been taking care of Sophie for awhile as she had sore hips being an older girl. A play related injury to her back leg really put limitations on her mobility and daily exercise. With some Bowen therapy, low impact exercises and stretches, she is thriving!

As of this week, she is back to her regular exercise routine, initiating play with her goofy sister Melia, and her energy is WAY up! 💕

If anyone is looking or considering opening their homes to a kitten, these 2 girls are in need. They ended up in my care as feral babies and are now thriving, social butterflies.

Hazel is a sweet yet shy girl and has very unique markings. She will come up for affection on her own terms but likes to play and explore on her own. Easily spooked by fast movements or sounds.

Blueberry is the spunky one of the bunch. She has lots to say and will take all the cuddles and affection she can get. She is full of beans and enjoys running and climbing.

Both have been awesome with our kids and tolerant of my pushy bulldogs. They are eating soft kitten food, clean and litter trained💕

What a start to the week! 2 injured pups 😩

The GOOD NEWS, is these 2 older gals were happy and spunky last week! So happy that they began to chase / play with younger dogs 🥰 unfortunately, both ended up worse off today.

🐾 Maya hurt her back leg trying to run up the stairs after her furry friend and has been struggling. We will take it slow after a check up at the vet and fingers crossed, she'll be moving well soon.

🐾Nyx was all wiggles when I arrived but I could see she was moving abit slower today. She had a week at the cottage and decided to chase her sister around (including onto a picnic bench!) and hurt herself on the landing. Her back legs were tender and tight. She let me work through her back and get that circulation flowing to her hind legs.

Age is just a number right?

😻 MUFFY😻

Sweet Muffy is a 14 year old girl who's having some mobility trouble. She has become hesitant to jump up on furniture and no longer wants to play the same way she used to. It became noticeable to me that her right hip joint is her pain point and definitely sensitive to her.

Today she had her third Bowen session and noticed she is doing more resting. This phase is called the rest and restore, where the body is working on doing the healing it needs. She clearly loves her Bowen sessions as it's hard to get her to stop rolling on her back for some belly rubs. After some good stretches, she was super relaxed. By the end of her session, she began rolling on the side she often avoids laying on 🙌.

Joe was charming as always (he's get a massage and special treats from me!). He had some very tight glutes and hams which needed worked out. He certainly had the wiggles today but we got through his session 💕

🐾MALIBU

Malibu is always so excited when I visit. His family have noticed that he's hesitating going up and downstairs. During this session he had heat and inflammation in his right hip area so we worked to get him more comfortable.

🐾 MIMI & ALLY

Mimi had her second massage session 🙌. I was able to work out her right supraspinatus muscle and her lower back muscles. She settled in with me nicely and is definitely learning to relax around new people 💕

I didn't realize that I have been a follower of her page thanks to her gorgeous collars! When I saw her collars in person, I couldn't help myself and snagged this beauty for Apollo😍

🐾Meet Maya🐾

Maya is a sweet 10 year old Samoyed with a weak hind end. She's having mobility challenges as well as issues with her balance. I got to spend the morning meeting her and getting her started with Bowen therapy.

Despite being miss independent, she did very well on her first session 💕

Mila is a sweet 4 year old Rotti who has some structural issues with her back legs/feet. She had a fun play session with her Rotti sister but ended up sore and limping. We had our consultation and first session which went great 😃.

I'm looking forward to her progress over the next few weeks!

I had the pleasure of meeting this sweet ol' boy 💕

He's had a rough go the last few weeks and needs some help with his hind right leg.

He was nervous at first but we spent time on his favorite spot on the couch and connect. I'm looking forward to the next few weeks to get him walking and enjoying life again 🙌🎉

🐾 Raider had his 2nd Bowen Session 🥰 I was so happy to see him relaxed! He was a bit nervous Nelly on our first visit so to get a warm welcome and kisses just made my morning!

🐾 Molly is an absolute ray of sunshine 😊 She is full of wiggles and has lots to say during her sessions. Her back is no longer tight and those shoulders are really loosening up! We are going to continue with some back end work so she can move to maintenance and enjoy her golden years 💕

These sweethearts were wonderful today during their maintenance sessions 💕 Miguel is working on building up his new agility skills! He had some pretty tight back muscles that needed a good work out. When I finished, he was READY for a nap.

Coco has impeccable muscle tone as she is an agility star ⭐
Today I focused on her back end as she had some tight muscles in those legs! She enjoyed her Kong during her session and continued to melt my heart with her sucky eyes 🥰

Molly has her first full massage session today and here she is out cold in a deep slumber!😍 The body is so incredible and has the ability to heal and restore. After a massage (or Bowen session) the rest period helps promote the body to RESTORE.

Molly was such a good girl and while I could see some mild anxiety, she stayed brave. She deserved LOTS of treats today 🥰
