Thank you to all of our amazing customers for being so patient and understanding during our time away. We experienced a devastating and unexpected loss in our family, which required us to fly out of the country immediately.

We will be gradually returning to work starting Thursday, November 7th. To show our appreciation, we’ll be holding a sale, including some restocked sizes of our staple colors.

We know many of you are eagerly awaiting our muzzle release, but we don’t have a set date for that yet.

✨FAQ Muzzles✨

What are your muzzles made of?

Our muzzles are made of steel with a rubber coating. If you see “U” in our sizing chart, it stands for uncoated, meaning the muzzle is just steel. The nose piece and straps are made of leather, with a foam padding on the nose.

How do your sizes work?

We offer premade sizes. We may adjust sizes based on demand, adding or removing options that are more or less popular. Currently, we have 1-2 muzzles available in each size, and they are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I measure my dog for a muzzle?

To measure for a muzzle, you’ll need three key measurements:
• From the eyes to the end of the nose
• The width of the face
• Pant room (space for the dog to open its mouth)

Accurate measurements for the eye-to-nose length and face width are essential. Once you have these, select a size with a larger pant room if your dog is medium to large.

Can I try the muzzles on in person?

Yes, at the Canadian Pet Expo, you can try the muzzles on your dog.

Can I return the muzzle if it doesn’t fit?

Please ensure you measure your dog correctly. We will provide detailed instructions on how to measure, but it’s your responsibility to get accurate measurements and select the right size.

If you order the wrong size, you will need to cover the shipping costs for returning the item and for us to send the correct size.
