We’re still accepting orders, but they will be completed after January 3rd. Lead times still apply to both existing and new orders.

📦 Shipping Updates

Canada Post will be returning back to work after a month long strike, and previously stuck packages should be on their way to you.

We’re continuing to ship with alternative carriers like UPS and FedEx, though they may still experience delays due to the holiday influx as well as the influx due to the Canada Post strike.

The Canada Post strike has had a significant impact on our small business as well as many others;

-Packages dropped off before the strike are now stuck in limbo with no updates.
-Other carriers are overloaded, causing even more delays for shipments.
-Many customers are hesitant to place orders, rightfully so they are worried their packages won’t arrive in time.
-In some cases, we’ve had to absorb the extra shipping costs.

We’re heartbroken thinking about the frustration and disappointment this may cause, especially during such a special time of year. Christmas is magical, and as someone who finds joy in watching my dogs open their gifts on Christmas morning, I understand how important it is for things to arrive on time.

We’re doing everything we can to navigate this situation and get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and continued support. It means the world to us. ❤️
