There are two of each pattern available for the ornaments ($15 each).
The catnip mats are $20 each and the catnip bags $10.

Our Christmas Angel🪽🎄
This year our holiday card is extra special- for obvious reasons. Those of you who purchased from our bake sale already got one, but we still have lots of Toastie Christmas cards left❤️
Now that we can mail again, we would love to send out a holiday card to anyone who would like one! We have a few people in mind we will already be sending one to, but if you want to ensure you get one, please send me a message with your mailing address!!🫶🏻

Thank you so much to everyone who purchased from our bake sale! It was another successful year and we couldn’t thank everyone enough! Also a thank you to everyone who baked all the goodies for us. Together with all of your help, we raised over $1500! And that’s not including the money from the raffle prizes! 😻
A special thank you also to everybody who sent me a special message to say thank you and to let me know how much the Christmas card meant to them. It’s very nice to know how many people appreciated and understood how special our girl Toast was🩷🩷

Hey it’s Franklin!
And he’d like to come on over to your house!💚

I FINALLY caught this boy after months of us just missing each other. Initially he was hanging around my house, enjoying the cat food. He was friendly, but at the time I had Penelope and Joni in care and nowhere for him to go. He disappeared for a while and ended up showing up at Moira Place a few weeks later. Anytime I would bring a carrier, he would disappear for a few more weeks. We played the back and forth game for a long time and finally last week I was able to nab him. Ted and David did NOT appreciate him hanging around their turf, eating their food, and sleeping in their shelter. He was keeping them away, which was seriously stressing me out and I knew I needed to get him ASAP.

Franklin is now neutered and vaccinated. He is FIV/Felv negative and treated for fleas/ticks and worms. We guess him to be around 5 years old and we think he would be okay around other friendly kitties. We will test him with foster kitties in the coming weeks, but he didn’t seem to have any issues with Ted and David (they did not feel the same lol).
Franklin is a total ham and melts in your hands. He even enjoys belly rubs🥹 He is a lover boy for sure and is very much enjoying the perks of life inside. I assume this boy spent countless winters outside, looking for food and girlfriends. Never again buddy!!

JONI IS BACK SAFE IN HER FOSTER HOME!!
A man up the street spotted her this morning, her foster went and set the live trap and Joni clearly wanting to be rescued, went in❤️
We are so relieved! A Christmas miracle!!❤️

Brotherly love🥹🧡

I can’t believe these two STILL haven’t been snatched up yet. Apricot and Clementine are honestly the sweetest boys with SO much love to give. They are playful, affectionate and laid-back boys. They are great with other kitties, cat-friendly dogs, and with the kiddos in their foster home.

They have been in foster care since the summer, all their siblings long since adopted. These two have become very bonded with each other, so they must be adopted together. They are 7 months old, both neutered, fully vaccinated, and FIV/Felv negative. I would LOVE to see them in a loving home for the holidays, so please send a message if you are interested in these two lovely orange dudes🧡🧡

Her foster is on Richard Street in Trenton! Please please share and keep an eye out! She’s never been outside in Trenton (she was trapped in Tweed). She will spook easily so please approach her with caution if you have a sighting!!

As usual, we will be posting all our goodies at 10am on Facebook. Buyers are to comment on the items they wish to purchase and they will be then marked as sold to;_______! Totals will be tallied and e-transfers or cash is accepted. Drop offs/pick up’s can be arranged 🚗

Anyone who is doing baking for us- please send me a message! Jeff is off all day Friday and home for baking drop offs. I will be doing pick up’s anywhere between Belleville and Tweed so if you can bake- I can pick it up!!☺️

This gentle soul is Thurston, an approximately 10-year-old cat that came to us from another rescue. Unfortunately, he has Feline Leukemia, which is a virus that can affect cats’ immune system and is incurable. We would like to see Thurston go to a loving home for however long he has. Given his health status, he would have to be strict indoor only cat and be an only cat in the household, unless of course there is another Feline Leukemia positive cat at home. He is an absolute teddy bear, who loves to give hugs. Is there anyone willing to take Thurston into there heart and home to give a comfortable life? Toastie gained her angel wings🪽🌈🩷

This is the absolute last thing I wanted to post... but today we helped our sweet, beautiful girl, cross the rainbow bridge.

Toastie crossed surrounded by SO much love. Not a single person who met her didn’t instantly fall in love. How could they not?!
I am so grateful to her parents and family for loving her fiercely, and for all the amazing people who supported her journey. Thank you to Dr. H for all your efforts in helping us do everything in our power for her.

To say I’m heartbroken is an understatement. I really prayed our girl had more time to spend with her family, but unfortunately, over the last day and half, she lost control of her back end and was dragging herself around the house. It was no longer fair to her to continue letting her decline.

Toast was easily one of the most special kitties I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, and I’m so lucky I got to love her for all the time that I did. I wish I had found her sooner. I wish she could have had more time to live the life she deserved. But I am so thankful she had such an amazing end of her life, and I will try hard to focus on that part❤️‍🩹
If love could have saved her, she would have lived forever and ever.

Heaven gained the most perfect angel today.
Until we meet again sweet Toastie, there will always be a bread shaped piece missing from my heart 🍞 💔🌈🪽

Buttercup 💔🌈
This isn’t the post I want to be writing…
When we took in this poor girl yesterday, I truly didn’t think she was in as rough of shape as she was. Unfortunately, this senior lady was not only FIV positive, but she had almost no teeth left, among other issues. It was recommended that the kindest thing we could do for her was to say goodbye💔. This sweet girl went out, knowing love, warmth, and compassion. She had a belly full of food and was making biscuits till the end. I’m heartbroken at the outcome for her. She really was the sweetest, but I guess I can at least be thankful she’s no longer suffering. These decisions are the worst to make, and I don’t truly wish this upon anybody.

Rest peacefully Buttercup. You have friends waiting to greet you🌈💔

Marvin is our Man Crush Monday!🥹

This was the little guy that was tossed out of a car window on Highway 7 a few weeks back! He is doing so amazing, despite all he’s gone through. He is the happiest little man with SO much personality and is a total snuggle bug. If he could be carried around all day, he would happily oblige. He loves snuggling up at night with his fosters in bed and likes to share the pillow too. Marvin loves his teaser toys, his ball track and his scratching posts. He is also a big talker and will easily carry on a conversation with you if you chat with him.
Marvin’s fosters have been working with him to build up the strength and muscles in his back end. He initially was not interested in taking more than a few steps at a time, and seemed to be painful (understandably!). His x-rays showed no obvious issues, but because he is so young, his growth plates are not fully developed yet. This means until he is fully grown, we likely won’t know the extent of any permanent damage, if any. None of this seems to slow him down at all. He gets around just as well as any kitty. He runs, jumps and plays without issues. He has also mastered his litter box! Marvin eats like a champ and gets around just fine. He is a happy little man with a zest for life after almost not getting a chance to see it through..🖤

We are so happy for little Marvin and would love to see him adopted soon! He will be fully vaccinated and neutered hopefully by the end of this week, after which time he will be ready to go! He MUST MUST MUST be adopted into a home with another feline friend and he does not like being left on his own. He very much could benefit from the guidance from another kitty to show him the ropes to “kitty behaviour”🥰
