We are heading away in December and no trip to Dominican would be complete without supporting the local Rescue, Collares Rojos.

SPONSOR AN ANIMAL TO BE STERELIZED for $75 and we will get a picture of your animial with a little thank you note!!!

Did you know that ONE FEMALE dog and her babies can have over 67,000 puppies in a six-year timeframe! That’s because a dog can have three litters a year with up to seven puppies per litter. That’s an alarming figure by any estimation and the reason why we are so passionate about conducting these SPAY AND NEUTER CLINICS.

We have a goal to sterlize 20 animals at the upcoming clinic in December. Can you help?

June 17th, today is her birthday,Sheryl Azzam. An amazing friend that became like family. Sadly in March Sheryl lost her 18 month battle with cancer. From the day we started our rescue Sheryl was always one of our top supporters. Always giving donations to help here in the DR. Sheryl never hesitated to sponsor multiple dogs at clinics, or “buy a brick” to build the hurricane room here in the DR.
This clinic completed yesterday is for you Sheryl. Thank you for always supporting us. I know you were watching over us yesterday. We love and miss you tremendously 🩷

A million thanks to Dr.Emilio and Dr.Lucas for all your hard work. Another 19 dogs and 6 cats will no longer be reproducing unwanted babies onto the streets. It was a long twelve hour day but our amazing team of Ingrid, Alessandra, Ava, Abby, Henry, Laura and myself hussled to make sure the clinic was a huge success and indeed it was. Thank you to everyone who sponsored an animal to be fixed. This support is always greatly appreciated.
Since December, our rescue has held 3 clinics and sterilized over 100 animals.
Nothing is more important than this when it comes to helping keep the stray population down.
Thanks to Collares Rojos for always working endlessly on a daily basis to keep the shelter running and to keep the street dogs fed. Ingrid and Yanela, you are truly angels.

You know you love dogs when you spend $10 American to keep the local street dog covered from the sun. Taio is so loyal to us when we are here that he will not leave our side ever, even in the beach in 40 degree sun. Today we decided to get him an umbrella and let’s just say he is loving life 🐾🇩🇴❤️

STERILIZATION CLINIC HAPPENING SOON!

Did you know that ONE FEMALE dog and her babies can have over 67,000 puppies in a six-year timeframe? That’s because a dog can have three litters a year with up to seven puppies per litter. That’s an alarming figure by any estimation and the reason why we are so passionate about conducting these SPAY AND NEUTER CLINICS.

SPONSOR AN ANIMAL TO BE STERILIZED for $75 and we will get a picture of your animial with a lilttle thank you note!!! All dogs will leave the clinic with a RED COLLAR (did you know Collares Rojos means read collars) and a TAG that lets people know they have been sterilized by the rescue and not to harm them!
We have a goal of 25 animals! Can you help??

Puppies are being dumped on a daily basis now, and many stray, sick, starving dogs are found roaming the streets. The Collares Rojos team of ladies are trying hard to keep up, but the rescue is already near capactity, funds are low, and they are always in need of food. Let's stop the problem at the source.

The clinic will take place in the Dominican on June 16th - what a better way to spend FATHER'S DAY then to stop all these future DOG DADS!!!

If you want to share the cost of a sterlization with someone else - just let us know we can do that too!

On March 17, our rescue and Collares Rojos were able to come together as a team to sterilize the animals in Mano Juan, the only village on Saona Island Dominican Republic.

Everyday THOUSANDS of tourists visit the beautiful island, which is home to hundreds of strays dogs. However, the case is, for many non rescuers or non animal lover tourists, the dog population isn’t so “appealing”. What many do not understand is that while they are trying to enjoy the beach or island tour, upset with the dog sunbathing or following beside them, they are just trying to live the life they are unwanted in due to over population on the small island.
The police on the island Informed our friend Ingrid, that store owners and tourists were not happy with the amount of dogs so if something wasn’t done, they would have to start removing dogs off the island.

We knew something needed to be done so the dogs that did not ask to be born into this cruel world, suffer something preventable.
We took a team of 11 and made our way 45 minutes by boat to Mano Juan where we were able to sterilize 22 dogs and 3 cats.
Infinite Support 4Paws, Collares Rojos, and the people of Saona island would like to thank every single one of our sponsors who made this day possible.

We would also like to thank Daisy, a local on the island who when she found out what was potentially going to happen to the dogs on the island, took in 13 dogs to save from getting harmed. Most importantly, we would like to thank Ingrid who provides food, clean water and anything else needed for the dogs on the island everyday, without her there would be no way these dogs are as happy and healthy as they are🐶🤍A big thanks to Miss Dixie's Foundation for donating clippers to our amazing doctors we are so grateful for, Dr.Emilio and Dr.Lucas.

This is definitely not the outcome we were hoping for, but Mr.Leo just couldn’t fight anymore and passed away peacefully in the arms of one of his favorite technicians last night ❤️‍🩹 We did everything we could from IV fluids, electrolytes, antibiotics, a feeding tube and even a re**al catheter. Leo’s small body couldn’t take it anymore and he had no more fight to give. Parvo is one of the worst viruses a dog can get and it takes away the lives of far to many innocent puppies. We want to thank everyone who donated directly to his care or supported our fundraisers. We won’t know what our final bill will be until tomorrow morning. Leo will be cremated and made a special place at Abby’s clinic where he first captured the hearts of so many. Rest in Peace Leo, until we meet again🕊️🐾

🚨EMERGENCY INTAKE🚨

Everyone meet Leo. Yesterday we were supposed to be picking up this big derby 4 month old French bulldog after he was surrendered to the clinic. Leo came into the clinic limping, and after X-rays we discovered he has a fractured Humerus ( which is the bone that connects the shoulder to the elbow). The process to get him better would be very lengthy and costly, so the family had no other choice but to surrender him. When we went to pick him up yesterday with the foster family, we were shocked to find out he had been not eating, vomiting and having diarrhea. We did another round of X-rays to rule out kind of foreign body, which came back negative. However, Leo was still vomiting through his very strong anti nausea medicine. We decided to test for parvo after discovering he had not been vaccinated , and unfortunately this little man tested positive. He will now be put in isolation, on IV fluids with very heavy antibiotics. The next couple of weeks will be very critical for Leo has he is so young and not protected against this virus. When we originally agreed to bring him into our care, we were expecting to have to treat the leg issue with time to fundraise, not this. His foster family and us as the rescue had a plan in place of three months crate rest with cold laser therapy to see if the bone would heal on its own. The surgery to repair the fracture is far fo risky for such a young dog with 6-8 month recovery, and two more surgeries after the initial one to adjust the pins and rods due to him growing. The plan was to reassess in three months and if there had been no healing progress we would have to make the difficult decision to amputate the leg, as the several surgeries at this young age would be far to dangerous. However, the leg has now become our secondary concern and is being controlled with pain meds. We now find our selves is a position where we need to raise SIGNIFICANT funds to pay for his parvo treatment. We were not expecting a bill this high right off the bat. We currently have our superbowl pool running, funds were supposed to be allocated somewhere else but now it will go towards Leo. We still need to sell 30 spots. Message us for more info on that. We also will be launching a raffle with some great prices, which you can contact us on how to be added to that group.
If you would like to donate directly to Leo’s care, we would be EXTREMELY GRATEFUL.
Our email = [email protected]
Please be sure to put in the memo section “4 Leo” so we know.
We would like to thank you all for your never ending support❤️‍🩹

Looks like today is officially our 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of starting the rescue. What was to be a small thing to help support other rescues has grown into so much more.
We have helped hundreds of dogs, raised thousands of dollars, met so many incredible supporters and adopters, cried many, many tears of sadness (and joy), have had sleepless nights, cleaned up more p*e and poo then you can even imagine, have wanted to quit so many times, have seen things that make us hate and yes want to hurt some humans, have given countless hours of time and yet we would NOT CHANGE one second of it. Thanks to every one of you for being on this journey with us!!

Who we are!

Our family created Infinite Support 4 Paws, in order to aid a group of rescue agencies that we have helped in the past and hope to help in the future. Our focus, in the beginning is going to be Fundraising. Through many different initiatives, our goal is to raise funds that we can distribute to several rescue organizations as the need arises. We will also support other rescues by continuing to foster, do home inspections, airport runs, make connections between rescues and potential adopters, or any other tasks that rescues may need help with. Our goal is not to be your traditional “rescue” but rather to SUPPORT, the many established rescues any way we can. Our family is very passionate about helping as many dogs as we can, we know we can’t save them all, but we can try, one day, one step, one paw at a time.
