The return of CANADA POST!!!!

Working in rural Ontario doesn't give us much choice for affordable shipping other than Canada Post so we are extremely happy to hear that the service will resume today!!! Hopefully this means that all packages from us that were stuck in depots start making their way to their homes, and all packages waiting in my office will be headed out on Thursday when they start accepting new packages. Unfortunately it sounds like they are going to have some major back logs, so it is unlikely that I can guarantee anything getting to you before xmas if you opt for shipping.

Slip and Martingale Leashes

Did you know we offer a wide variety of Slip and Martingale style leashes in both fabric AND biothane?

To help you make your decisions, here is a quick overview of some of the leashes we offer!

Fabric Leashes
Simple Slip
This is the basic style of braided slip leash made from nylon and polar fleece braided with an O ring to create a slip collar for the dog. Also available in fleece and faux fur.

Specialty 1 inch Fleece Slip: $33.50

Simple Tug Leash
Similar in construction to the simple slip, but with a traditional leash clip at the end.
Also available in polar fleece and faux.

Martingale Slip Leash
These leashes combine the tug leash braiding with our fabric martingale collars for a unique and personalized leash. Sizing is based on the neck size of each dog.
Small (8 – 12 inches) – fleece: $33

Medium (13 – 18 inches) – fleece: $36.50
Medium with faux: $57.50

Biothane Slip Leashes

Pocket Leash
This is the simplest of the slip leashes; a single piece of biothane that loops back on itself to form a slip noose with a tab to manage the girth of the loop.
Is available with a regular handle or a “convertible” handle consisting of a clip and O ring. Available in nickel and brass hardware

¼ inch biothane rope: 32.75/ 39.75
½ inch flat biothane: 29.75 / 36.50
¾ inch flat biothane: 34.75 / 41.75

Simple Slip
Very similar to the Pocket Leash but with a fixed collar section consisting of a wider strip of biothane sewn into the leash. Available with nickel, black or brass hardware.

½ inch leash with ¾ inch neck: Small (8 inch neck):$30, Medium (12 inch neck) $30.75, Medium Large (16 inch neck) $31.50, and Large (20 inch neck) $32

Martingale Slip- Single Layer
This leash looks more like a ‘traditional’ agility slip leash (5ft long) with a collar section and a leash that loops through. While I have assigned standard sizes, this is very flexible and can be altered to fit your dog more exactly. This style of leash is also available with UV printed biothane on the neck section, and nickel, brass of black plated hardware.

Postage Strike Update:
While we support Canada Postal Workers in their strike action, we would like to take a moment to let customers know their items will still arrive as we are momentarily switching to UPS during the strike period. Edited to add: Thank you for the great response! Orders will be filled in order that they came in, but have no fear - more rings are on their way NOW! I will add these to the website today (pandemoniumpets.ca) for your ease of ordering and shipping.

These "ring things" are such a huge hit for my own dogs that I simply had to share them!! I have tried a few different types, but these ones from Collar in Europe seem to have the nicest weight / durability. My dogs LOVE chasing the rings as they roll, and playing tug with them - PLUS they FLOAT!!

I have brought in a limited number right now, some are already on the wall at Maza, if you are interested in one let me know - if there is enough interest I will add them to the website.

One of our biggest sellers this summer has been our Original Cheeky Chuka and Cheeky Chuka Mini.

These simple toys use their powerful Cheeks, instead of velro, to keep your training treats buried in the core of the toy so that you can easily chuck it for your remote reinforcing needs. It also has a wee loop on the rear that can be attached to one of our bungee handles to help turn your "food toy" into a tug toy!!
