To our valued clients,

In an effort to always remain completely transparent with our clients, we have to share some news.

We are so sad to post this message, but, as of January 1st our beloved MacKenzie will be taking a leave of absence.

We have truly loved every minute spent working with this amazing human being over the last 3+ years and I know every single one of us who have been lucky enough to meet her and have her care for our pets will miss her greatly while she’s away.

For those of you pre-booked with MacKenzie in 2025, I will be reaching out in the coming weeks to arrange for you to have another sitter.

This is not goodbye, we will see you soon. ♥️

Please be advised that we will be out of office this weekend as I will be celebrating the long awaited marriage of two very dear friends. 💒

If you have pets in our care during this time I will be available to assist as best I can if needed. But please contact your sitter directly if you have any non urgent questions. All invoicing and scheduling inquiries will resume as normal Monday morning.

To our valued clients,

First off, we want to thank all of you for an incredible summer! Your support, referrals, trust and friendship has been absolutely incredible. It has been quite busy here at STK and we’ve loved every minute we’ve gotten to spend with your precious fur babies.

As we head into our busiest time of the year, I wanted to quickly remind everyone of a few policies that we have in place.

*Payments are due, in full, on the last day of your sit. Unfortunately this is becoming a bit of an issue and we want to get your sitters paid on time. Failure to settle your invoice day of, unless discussed previously with management, will result in your bookings needing to be paid in full prior to your departure.

*Enquiries from new clients: Please allow our office a minimum of 24-48 hours to get back to you. We currently only have one person managing all of our bookings, scheduling meet and greets, and doing the invoicing.

*Cancellations - As most of our bookings are done well in advance, we ask that if you need to cancel you kindly let us know 7 days prior to your start date, or there will be a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will be 50% of what would have been your total bill. We do understand that things can come up unexpectedly and we will absolutely be courteous of those exceptions.

As always, we are so grateful to all of you and couldn’t do any of this without you! We are very lucky to have such wonderful clients and pets here at STK.

We hope everyone enjoys these last few days of summer!

Skip The Kennels was very sad to hear that Sit With Me had to close their intake for the time being.

This is a rescue that Eva simply adores and we’d love to help them if we can!

This Friday, we will be collecting empties from our clients, family and friends. If you have any taking up room in your garage please let us know and we will happily come by to collect! We will also accept monetary donations as well from anyone who can!
