🤩We're SOO EXCITED for this newly build ramp to improve the Quality of Life for your furbabies while they're in our care.

For those elderly dogs with sore hips, joints, backs who have the hardest time ever with our stairs... You know we have their best interest at heart, always.

And while it wasn't built to be another added element of Fun & Play, the younger ones are making a game out of it too, so it appears eFURRYone benefits 🥰

🚨🚨 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY🚨🚨

We will be going back to requiring deposits for ALL overnight care bookings.

We know you're our good, trustworthy FURiends, we know you've been with us since the start of our business, but mandatory deposits helps us not only lock down a schedule for our customers and our staff, but it shows a certain amount of respect for those of you who are serious about your bookings with us.

And we respect you. But we also understand that sometimes, 💩 happens.

So, effective immediately, deposits now required for ALL overnight care bookings. During our peak times of all holidays, long weekends and summer months, deposits are completely non refundable in the event of cancelation. All other times of the year, in the event you need to cancel, we will happily credit your account to use for another time.

We're blown away.

For the 3rd time in our 5 year lifespan, you feel we deserve the recognition of being one of the best Businesses in Bonnyville.

For the 3rd time, you've chosen us worthy to be nominated for a Business of the Year Award through the Chamber of Commerce.

And for the 3rd time, we are humbled and honoured you feel we deserve this recognition.

Believe it or not, we are STILL riding the waves from the Award we received in 2022 for Customer Service, so much so, that even considering accepting another award almost feels selfish.

So, while we won't be able to accept this nomination this year, due to many reasons including having too many priorities and tasks on the go and having an ever changing business model, we want to say from the bottom of our hearts....
