A BIG THANK YOU TO Give Me A Paw Dog Spa Kentville for hosting an upcoming photo shoot for their grooming clients for 5$ for 2 poses and will also be hosting a nail trim and photo day for anyone interested in either or both. Stay tuned for the date...AND they also do dogs, cats,rabbits,guinea pigs and bearded dragons.

UPDATE: Blackie had his first night sleep in his new home..he has a doggie sibling but we are sure Blackie will be the head of the house hold in no time.

It was kindly donated in new condition for us to sell to raise much needed funds.
we are asking 100.00 for it without the lamswool pillow.Any cat larger than 12 lbs would not be a good fit.

Newt is looking for a foster home. Could you be the purrrfect fit?

Newt is part of our Long Term Foster/Palliative Care Program. He is a 16 year old cat with the spirit of a kitten. He is playful, handsome and has a charming personality. He loves to chat and hang out with his people. Not a cuddler by nature, Newt will stick close and find a spot beside you on the sofa or bed.

Newt is a diabetic who will require daily insulin shots but please, don't let this scare you. Newt is a professional insulin taker now, and prefers to have his injections while he is focused on his food. He doesn't even notice!

Newt is declawed and super clean in the house. He is a wonderful companion looking for a friend.

URGENT: Lost cat... Falmouth people please keep an eye open and share...
This little girl thought it would be a good idea to hitch a ride in a horse trailer from St. Croix to Falmouth. Now Cheeky is lost somewhere in Falmouth (will pinpoint the location as soon as we know)and her owner is desperate to find her. She is fixed but is a homebody...until yesterday. We here at 9 Lives are in urgent need of foster homes due to the increased number of calls this weekend...kittens dumped and found of all ages, cats abandoned, pregnant moms, and so on. If you cannot foster please consider a food donation of hard and soft kitten food and /or hard and soft cat food. We pay for everything to foster, you just supply the love. For more info message us. Epicure fundraiser for 9 Lives through Lacey Zwicker...How it works is everyone would pay $25 and receive a pre-packaged gift box of Epicure items. $10 from every box sold will go to 9lives. The boxes will need to be ordered and we need at least 10 boxes to submit it.

If anyone is interested in donating to 9 Lives in memory of The Betty White Challenge our etransfer is [email protected].
She was a fiesty lady who loved and advocated for all animals in need. I never realized the extent of her devotion to the cause until I delved into her life and the great person she was.
Some of her fundraisers were true to her personality..big and bold...and put a smile on my face...

We would like to thank Gayla Ross and Greg Wheaton for supporting us another year at the 2021 Hayley Wheaton Memorial Golf Tournament held at Cambridge Cliffs Golf Course Sept 11th.
Their daughter/step daughter Haley had a hugh heart for animals and the proceeds from this memorial will help homeless and abandoned cats get the care and love they so deserve....
