Welcome peedy here for a 2 week stay
She always makes best friends with the dogs I train !!!
Day 3,
Short update clip
Ivy is a diva! But she already loose leash walking, giving eye contact, responding well to corrections,
Super high energy
But is learning to wait,
Learning to be calm to be released,
We are working on impulse control
And learning to bring level 10 energy down to level 1 being calm and waiting calmly to be released.
She is responding so well we will move to
start obstacles and loud city distractions amd walking through crowds,
Not all dogs learn at the same speed especially pups, some require more time than others,
But If you ate constant and follow through and learn to always end on a win, your training will not be a iob but a JOY ! Let me help you
Bella, 6month old rotti covid puppy,
Extreme puller, no calm no off switch,
Day 14:
walking off leash with an auto sit, she is not perfect but she know how to do it, and now it's about practice ! Practice!! Practice!!!
Board and train is teaching the both the dog and the handler that the dog is not only capable, but is thriving with the rules and boundaries, with clear communication the dog understands what you want and expect from them, and with constant follow through you will create a well molded, reliable behaviors in your dog!
Jupiter day 8,
With distractions
Off leash-walking
In control
Still working on the auto sit
Jupiter is a Rockstar!!!! Doing amazing on 15 day board and train
Day 5, Jupiter is off leash walking !!!
We are working on an auto sit,
Of course she needs alot of practice to create habitual behaviors,
once a average dog has learned a new skill, it takes at least 30 days of consistent practice and strict adherence to the rules and methods for both handler and dog.
She is a great dog! Good girl Jup!
Day 2
Jupiter is here in a 2 week board amd train
for leash walk training,
Highly reactive on leash,
hyper puller on leash,
Jumping when excited
Poor Manners in public
Owners did a great job on a basics,
But decided to not allow the issue o get worse or risk injury by ignoring the problem,
City dogs need real world training,
City training to desensitize them to cars and busses and trucks and crowds and dogs, and random noises!
