THIS WEEKEND we are headed to the London area for the at the Dorchester Fair Grounds, 4939 Hamilton Road, Dorchester. TWO DAYS, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm both days!

We are excited to head down to be a part of this massive festival and all things pets. With 150 vendors, this is going to be HUGE!

Come see us all weekend and, as always, bring your pet on an appropriate leash (not a flexi) to keep them, you and others safe!

This weekend, we are visiting in support of the Clarington Animal Shelter! Come see us at 5455 Langmaid Rd, Hampton, Ontario! It's going to be an awesome day, so come out and bring your pup!

As always, we advocate for you to bring your pups on appropriate leashes, not flexi leashes to keep your pets, others, and yourselves safe.

WE WANT YOUR INPUT! We want to know what kind of items you'd like to see from us here at Chance K9 Goods. We know you love our collars, and in the past, you've loved our leashes, and other accessories.

Things we would like input in are the following items:

Y Leads (walking two dogs with a Y/double attachment) done in the style of our collars, leather and bright patterns.

Leashes, style 1) bright patterned handle, and 4ft from handle to attachment, 2) leather handle and bright pattern down length of the leash to attachment.

Traditional Mexican blouses and shirts, embroidered in traditional "men" and "women" styles.

Traditional woven pullover, a matching set for you and your dog.

Harnesses!

We know you've been asking about Martingale collars as well. It's an item we are looking at for sure to bring in our regular lineup, but it can be expensive, would you be willing to pay extra?

Join us, 30+ vendors and at the Parkdale Hall this Saturday for the Barket Market. From Noon until 5pm, we'll be having a blast hanging out with you and your pups!

This weekend, we are back in action at the Markham Village Music Festival as a part of BARKHAM! Hosted by we are pumped to be a part of this event again this year. Come out to Markham and check out the amazing vendors, bands, restaurants, and businesses!

As always, short leashes (not flex-leashes) are ideal for such a busy event. Please maintain control of your dog(s) at all times for the safety of you, your dog and others.

A donation of $5 is recommended for entry.

If you bring your dog, as always, we ask that you please use a short leash to keep your pet under your control. Do not bring your dog on a flexi or extendi-leash.

Here is the second installment of Getting to Know Us.

Originally from Mexico, our founder Claudia has been in Canada for over 7 years with her spouse Mike.

Pet parents to dogs, Chance & Luna, Claudia noticed that some accessories for dogs, just aren't the same bright colours as they are at home, in Mexico.

Behind the scenes, Claudia does all the ordering for the company when she isn't teaching Spanish classes or writing cookbooks.

While our webpage gets updated, we will be adding more about how we began!

We want you to get to know us. We've been around a few years now, but we've never properly introduced ourselves.
To kick this off, we first want to share about where we get our products.
We happily work with other business women to procure our one of a kind items from Mexico. We believe in supporting women and with importing these goods and working directly with our suppliers, we proudly give our artisans opportunity to run their businesses, their way.

As we expand our website, we will have a more in-depth explanation of our authentic connection to Mexico.

Canadian Pet Expo - March 29th - 31st at the International Centre! Free parking. Adult ticket is $20, youth (ages 7-15) & senior (65+) $15.

Petapalooza - May 11th at Esplande Park in Pickering! Free parking. $5 donation for admission (Senior and kids under 12 free.)

Party 4 Paws - May 25 & 26th at Trinity Bellwoods Park in Toronto! Free event for all.

Dogsville - June 8th in Sreetsville of Mississauga! Additional information TBA.

As always, during these types of events we suggest you ensure your pets are not sick and are up to date on vaccinations before bringing them around other dogs. Please do not use extendi-leashes/retractable leashes during these events to keep your pet in your control and to keep you and your pet safe. Thank you!

Our last show of the year will be with the ! I'm so excited to be a part of this market for the first time and showing what we've got to a whole new audience!

We will have all bandanas and some limited-edition collars for 25% off the ticketed price.

Show runs from 10am to 4pm and entry is $5, and YES pets are welcome! A pet attendance waiver can be signed at the door, or found on the website to fill out ahead of time! There is FREE parking on site, and this event is indoors. There will be lots of music, snacks, a photo area and of course tonnes of amazing vendors!

We can't wait to meet you and your pets!

This Saturday, August 12th, come to Woodbine Park from 9am to 4pm (rain or shine) to support the !

Paws in the Park is a fundraising event for the and while this is a free event, a donation is strongly encouraged. THS does a lot for pets in Toronto, like low cost veterinary care (yearly shots, spay and neutering, dental care), training for owners, urgent foster care, and much more.

The event will have vendors, Puppy Parade, beer garden, training area and more!

As I recommend for all dog-friendly events, please use appropriate leashes and maintain control over your pets. Let's make this a fun and safe event for everybody!

We had such fun meeting all of you and your pups who stopped by, thanks to Pickering Animal Services for putting on such a great market! We had so much fun!

Can lids promoting the Animal Emergency Clinic of Durham Region as they move towards being a 24 hour facility for all your emergency needs. Currently open Friday 7pm to Wednesday 8am, Wednesday and Thursday nights are 7pm-8am.
