Make coffee and tea, grab a friend or two, and these Sourdough Discard Blueberry Scones and you've got the makings for the perfect visit!
I love these because they aren’t overly sweet. And I can swap out the blueberries for whatever I have a hankering for, cranberries, raspberries, diced apples or dried fruit. It’s all delish!
Bake these up right before serving for the best texture because these best eaten fresh, or you can lightly toast them the next day. They are so fast to make that I'd rather make and eat right away!
