The February Rock the House Bonspiel, organized by the Canadian Institute of Mining (CIM) in Williams Lake, raised crucial funds for local charities. The BC SPCA received a generous $1000 donation, supported by vendors, mines, and a special appearance by Brendan Bottcher of Team Bottcher Alberta. This annual event at the Williams Lake Curling Club draws mining industry personnel for charity. Funds raised benefit local charities, including our grateful organization. Foster volunteers provide a temporary safe place for some of our most vulnerable animals to thrive.
