Humble Foods would like to thank all of our customers. We have had a good first year at our farm most of that is thanks to you our customers.

Due to the fall weather closing in we have closed our farm stand for the season. We will be open again early next summer. We look forward to the upcoming year and building on where we are now.

We at Humble Foods are wishing everyone a good fall and winter.

Now that Halloween is upon us. Humble Foods would love to take your pumpkin, jack-o-lanterns, hay bales and bags of leaves off your hands.
Just pm us your address and leave it by the curb and we will come get it.

Humble Foods will be open Saturday Oct 30 from 11 am untill 4 pm. Come check out our limited supply of pumpkins. We also have our apples and bottle goods.

Humble Foods will be open this saturday from 11am to 3 pm. We have several varieties of apples, pears, unpastured honey, maple syrup and other bottled goods. Also we are pleased to be able to say we have new local potatoes.

Some people will recognize us from some of the local trade shows and the First Farmers Market that Stephenvile had this last fall.

I am vary glad to say that the Farmers Market was not only a great venue, but we fell that it will only grow from here.

By starting the Market Garden we are looking to continue to provide jams, preserves, dried goods, herbs and spices at what we consider a good price and a high quailty. By having a larger farming space we will be able to grow more which will allow us to have more stock. As well as provide a hole host of fresh produce.

We look forward to seeing all of you in the future.

Humble Foods Market Garden is working on getting set up so that we can provide the people of Stephenvile with a local source of fresh food.

Having spent several months now working through some details there are still a few more to go through before we can be in operation. That being said I am glad to announce that the first public stage is at hand. As such we are moving forward with direct contacting some people in town. The reason for this is that the proposed location is in a residental area and those residence that live closest must have a clear say in if they have any concerns.

With that aside there are a few details that are going to be stated here.

First this Market Garden will be operating inside the town of Stephenvile.

Second this will be an operation that will grow Fruit and vegetables only.

Third is that this Market Garden has plans to operate through out as much of the winter months as possible.
