This week was a hot one and next week is looking even hotter!

I'll only be taking out our regularly scheduled dogs this coming week to hopefully avoid a second walk. I try my best to start early but pick ups and drop offs take some time which put a second walk into the afternoon.

Full time clients, I will reach out early next week with pick up times. If you feel it's best to sit this one out, that is okay too. Your dogs well being is my main priority.

We've been trying to start our walks early during this heat and get in the water as much as we can.
In the truck, the dogs that ride in the canopy have a little buddy... It's green and grey and it's name is Ryan the Ryobi fan.(original, I know). It also has an ice bucket with a misting option. This helps only because we don't travel far and the dogs aren't in there for too long.

We do our best to park in the shade during our walk to keep the truck cool and everyone takes turns in the cab for some A/C goodness.

Believe it or not, I can fit 5 full sized dogs + a Sheila(the famous corgi) inside the cab after a walk. (But not ideal 😅)

This is Turtle. Turtle would like to inform you that he will now be hosting Senior walks on Tuesday mornings (Don't worry, I'll be there to chaperone)

Walks will still be off-Leash and an hour long.
We will be taking our time, sniffing around, doing old dog stuff. Maybe even soak the old joints in the river. Flatter ground, no real agenda.

If you've got a senior dog who would love a 'Friends Day', send me a message. Really looking forward to getting the oldies together. ❤️
