lways have my undivided attention and focus. First & foremost, I DO NOT BOARD/SIT pets at my home. I come to your home/farm/resort and stay with your pet(s) for the entire time you are away. I also offer drop in services for dogs and cats. I primarily serve the areas of Osoyoos, Oliver, OK Falls and Penticton. I will consider bookings further away, however only for overnight stays (not drop ins) and a nominal fuel & travel surcharge will be added. My booking rates will consider:
How many animals, type of pets/animals I will be caring for, how long you’re away, as well as any additional requests such as lawn/flower care, snow plowing, etc. Born & raised on a farm in the Okanagan, I’ve been surrounded by, and caring for, a variety of animals my entire life, including dogs, cats, rabbits, budgies, chickens, cows & horses. I believe in, and practice, remaining calm, assertive, consistent and patient with all animals I work with. I have experience with a wide variety of dog breeds, reactive dogs, dogs with separation anxiety, elderly dogs & cats, medication administration, monitoring/assisting dogs & cats whelping, diabetic cats and insulin injections. I have no criminal record and am very dependable and trustworthy. References & Criminals Records/Security Clearance available upon request. Should you entrust me to care for your beloved pets, rest assured they will be very well taken care of and loved, with minimally 2 walks each day, unless your animals are unable to do so. Your home will remain tidy and very secure while you are away, and upon your return, your home will be as clean as when you left. In the event of a medical emergency, I will notify you and transport your pet immediately to their Veterinarian. Should it be a life threatening situation, I will immediately transport to the vet and contact you upon my arrival. I always schedule a Meet & Greet with you & your animals, at your home, prior to booking a stay. This is vital to ensure I am a good fit with your pet(s), able to meet their needs, and that you are also comfortable & confident with me. Should we all agree to proceed on to book dates, a 50% deposit is required to secure and hold your dates. Balance is due on my last day in your home, or as otherwise agreed upon.

Get ready for some cuteness overload 🐾😍🐾 Our newest paw pal, Mini Australian Labradoodle, Tucker, will celebrate his 4th birthday in December. Today's blue skies, abundant sunshine and a perfect 20c, found Winston and I on Black Mountain for an afternoon of exploration. Ball had to come along...of course 🤣 We trekked on both "manicured" trails and went "off roading it" onto the more scenic and challenging wild game and cattle trails. We saw plenty of bear & coyote s**t. Ensuring we did not unexpectedly cross paths with any wildlife, we sang songs (okay, I did the majority of the singing...and told Winston stories of my farm life childhood, to which he energetically, and loudly, barked in gleeful response, Labrador "singing"). We did happen upon some free roaming black Angus - we kept a respectful distance, entirely because I did not want Winston to let loose his "retriever" instict on the calves, as I'm well aware of how protective momma cows can be. Winston was also happy to find shady spots along the way to rest, and chew on the most fabulous & amazing sticks 🤣
