Meet CJ

CJ is a sweet and energetic orange tabby with a curious mind. He likes to spend his days finding new things and areas to explore and will take you along for the adventure. His beautiful big orange eyes are soft with a little bit of a mischievous twinkle. He loves his humans and only knows a one-on-one life with them, but with proper introduction, CJ may do well with another cat companion to rule the home with. He will require lots of play time and attention and would do best in a home where his humans are around most of the day, unless he has a furry friend to keep him company. If you're looking for a lifelong bestie...CJ is your cat!

Meet Chia

Chia is a sweet and cautious girl who is wanting to find her forever home. Her rough beginning makes her skeptical of new people but once she knows shes in a safe space, that's when she truly opens up and shows off her beautiful personality. Chia had an unknown injury that required a partical tail amputation but was trooper through her long recovery. She really needs a family who wants to pamper and spoil her the way she deserves to be!

Vinnie:
Vinnie is a confident and energetic boy who loves his sister, Violet. His personality shines everywhere he goes and loves being around people and other pets. He's gentle and playful all in one and would make a wonderful addition to any family who is willing to spoil and love him unconditionally.

Violet:
Violet is a beautiful tabby girl who has a strong bond with her brother, Vinnie. She loves having him around gives her the confidence she needs to explore, play and seek out the attention of her humans. She may play shy at first but Violet is looking for a home where she can stake her claim and be the best companion possible. She needs a family who is willing to give her all the love possible. If she doesn't get adopted with her brother, having another cat in the home is a must!

We haven't been posting too much lately, and here's why;

In the last 2 weeks we have taken in 6 pregnant or nursing Queens, 8 young stray cats and have helped our partnering rescue Dee/Feral TNR re-home over 7 barn buddies all the way from Quesnel and Williams Lake.

On top of that, we were able to host an amazing fundraiser Pub night at the Canadian Brew House and we raised just over $2450.00 to put towards our mountain of vet bills.

Thank you to everyone who has helped support us in various ways. We truly couldn't do what we do without your help. Kitten season is here...please spay and neuter your pets!

Meet Hope

Hope is a beautiful girl with a cautious personality. She likes to hide and observe the world from the safety of not being seen, but once she feels safe, she will emerge and join in on the fun. Hope will need some help with becoming socialized but will let you pick her up and give her pets for a short period of time. She needs help remembering how to be a kitten and should be encouraged to play with toys and people. She is looking for the right family to give her space to allow her to fully come out of her shell and be the house cat we know she wants to be.

22 beautiful souls found their forever homes in March and we are so happy for each of the families who welcomed their new additions. 3 sets of kittens siblings were adopted together too! What a great month filled with love!

Kitten Season is HERE...and with that, comes orphaned kittens that need complete human intervention. What does that mean?! Feedings every 3-4 hours, weighing, cleaning, monitoring...not to mention, sleepless nights and constant worry! The toll of raising kittens without a mother can be very exhausting and we want to make sure that we are at the very least, prepared with all the supplies our fosters will need to be set up for success.

We are needing your help in building our "Bottle Feeding Kits". The total cost of these kits is $150.00 and will contain everything that's needed to take care of orphaned kittens until they are able to eat on their own.

A donation of just $5.00 will help towards building our kits and allow us to be ready at a moments notice when we get the call for abandoned kittens. Our goal is to have 3 kits on hand and ready to go.

Meet Gambit

This stunning, fluffy, sweet and cautious girl was living outdoors for the first 5 months of her life and has had to fend for herself until her kind rescuers gave her a warm bed and a safe indoor place to stay. She has worked very hard on learning to trust humans and enjoys being in the room where all the action is, even if she keeps her distance. She is still learning how to "kitten" and will play with toys and chase kitty lures as long as they aren't too noisy. Gambit is going to be an amazing companion to other pets in the home and will eventually learn to love her humans if they are willing to give her the time she needs to reach her full, friendly potential.
