Well our walk didn’t quiet end the way we had anticipated but one can never quiet under estimate a golden retirievers love for the water… or in this case a giant mud puddle 😅 it’s good thing he’s an absolute cutie and sweet heart! Day one with Finley is off to a swell start! Love this guy so much! 💕

Hi Everyone, I hope all of you and your fur babies are keeping well. I wanted to let everyone know that I am closing my bookings for the rest of the year as I booked up really fast. With that being said I am happy to still add you to my waitlists as things do come up for people and cancellations do happen. :)

I would also like to note If you are booked in with me from July onwards and we have not yet had a meet and greet I will be looking at getting in touch in the oncoming weeks. I am currently away and out of town, with limited services so please be patient! :)

In the mean time please check out some of the lovely fur animals I have had the pleasure of watching this past month. I am really grateful for the opportunity I get to spend with your animals and get to know them. They have all been so lovely and have huge personalities.

Hi Everyone!

Please see my calendar for up to date availability. I have booked up rather fast for the year and am not taking any further bookings past February 2023 and will most likely open up bookings towards the end of the year but will give everyone ample notice. I have very select dates available for the remainder of the year however I still encourage those of you to reach out and I can at the very least add you to my waitlist as things do come up for people and some folk may have to cancel!

Reunited with one of my favourite fur boys Kevin! He drove us to the dog park today! 😎😆🤣 love this guy! Also it should be noted that he’s so big that as I started driving he triggered the sensor to tell me that the “passenger” wasn’t wearing there seatbelt… good thing it wasn’t a long way back to his house! 😝

Meet Mikko! I’m watching Mikko this weekend and I have to say without a doubt Mikko has one of the best dog smiles! Everybody on our walk on the sea walk couldn’t help but point out his big grin! 😜 (I’ll have to try a capture him live in action with his big smile! )

Everyone meet Benny!

Benny is Otis’s brother. He is super smart and loves to play with Otis. He loves to cuddle and will curl up and he loves to scratch things with his paws including mistaking my feet under the covers for a toy so attacks them thinking I’m playing with them!

Only a couple more days with these two and I’m sure going to miss them! 🥰 🐈

Meet Otis!! My super cute and cuddly and super good at fetch fur client!! Otis and I went to the park this afternoon and got in lots of running around. He even saw some chickens and horses which may have been a first? Haha!

I was able to get my camera out and take some shots of this handsome fella today!

Hi! Thanks for checking out my page. My name is Sydney and I am the crazy dog gal in Campbell River!

I have grown up with dogs my entire life and when I moved to the island in 2019 the one thing missing from my life was....well dogs! My two fur babies Stanley + Tucker (pictured in my fb cover image on the far right hand side) stayed back at our family home with my parents and brother. It was so hard to leave them!!

After offering to help dog sit for some lovely folks from my office, it filled my void instantly as I grew a connection with their fur boy Kevin who I still dog sit to this day. After that I realized there was a true need in Campbell River for families who wanted to go away but were worried about where there pup was going to go and who was going to watch them, because after all let's face it they are part of the family. After dog and house sitting for a handful of happy clients I have absolutely loved the experiences getting to know other dogs and most importantly It was nice for me to know that my clients could happily enjoy themselves knowing that their pup is at home in a familiar setting with someone who would/will treat their pet just like their own.

Not only will your pet be taken great care of with me but so will your home, I will treat your space just as I would my own and ensure you come home to a tidy and clean space and am happy to water any plants, put your garbage out and assist with any other minor household requests within reason!

My rates start from $25 a night.
