We have recently experienced a high volume of requests/inquiries, so we thought this would be a good time to reach out and inform our existing and new clients of a few items going forward. We are so grateful for all of the interest/support for our little business and wanted to stay transparent with some changes that we are implementing going forward.
New Clients:
We now have a waitlist for the time being on services. This will give us a chance to catch up and organize new requests while staying committed to our existing clients. The best way to contact us for a new request would be through our online forms. We are currently experiencing a high volume of requests that will take time to get through. We appreciate your patience.

Holiday Alert:
Tree's Pet Care will be taking a break from Nov 3rd - 11th. We need this time to recharge and work on some admin tasks that need to be attended to. We will still do essential services for existing clients. The winter holidays (Dec 23rd- Jan 2nd) we will be also concentrating on essential services (overnight care, pet sitting, check ins/potty breaks) and will be taking a break from group dog walks and adventure packs. This will free us up for our holiday services.
