Dogs aren’t ignorant. The situation is likely just too hard for them. Rather than repeating cues, think of ways you can set your dog up for SUCCESS! Help them figure out the right answer and then practice in many different places and contexts!

At 5.5 years old, Buddy has likely lived his whole life with fear and anxiety, and not being able to communicate.
