Hello, Border Collie folks! I am happy to announce that I am handing this page over to better hands. Roy's family are helping him with the puppies and have a much better finger on the pulse of what is happening. This is exciting news for those who are waiting for Double R puppies to make their appearance into the world.

Hello, Border Collie Peeps.

Puppy news: Roy tells me that Carla and Sage are both expecting puppies by Dawg.

Carla's pups should be born around 10 November and Sage should whelp about 17 November. They will be ready for adoption 7 weeks after each of those dates, so the end of December and the first week of January.

You can put a $200 deposit on a puppy, if you are so minded, or can wait until they are born and Roy has exact numbers/genders etc.

The total cost is $1150 per puppy which includes microchipping, deworming, a vet check and their first shots. Call Roy starting the end of November to discuss puppies: the number is on this website but if you can't find it, PM me.

"What do you mean, not my chair?!" This is Double R SkyRocket out of Dawg and Carla, one of the 21 puppies from the spring litters. There may be at least one fall litter coming, possibly ready by early November. When Roy confirms and gives me more details, I will post them. Happy Autumn, folks!

This is Star. Roy chose her to become a Double R dog but she is now up for adoption; Roy is downsizing in view of possible retirement so Star is now available. She was born April 7. Vet checked, dewormed, vaccinated and microchipped for $1150. Registration papers from CBCA arrive a few months after adoption. That's Seven in behind.

Seven of Seven, after a good romp with her step-sister, Star (Seven is on the right of the Double Trouble puppy photo). Seven is still waiting for a furever home -- the last available puppy of the Double R's spring litters. And Roy is considering retirement so if you want a little girl Double R Border Collie, this is her.

Call Roy (902-825-4596) if you are interested in this adorable furbaby. Vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped for $1150. Registration papers from the CBCA arrive in the mail a few months after adoption.
