It's been an emotional week seeing all of the devastation just south of us. I've been thinking of all of the displaced animals, both wild and domestic. Hoping for the fires to be contained as soon as possible. In the meantime, these beautiful pups warmed my heart all week and I hope their smiles warm yours as well. 💕

There's no denying it's the first day of winter! ❄️Happy Holidays to my wonderful clients and all of their incredible fur babies! They fill my heart with so much joy! I'm forever grateful to each of you for allowing me to care for these beautiful little beings! Well, it's definitely chilly out there! I apologize if my pictures are slacking! Some days are just too cold to snap a lot of photos and some evenings are much too dark to capture anything! I assure you that the pups aren't complaining though! They're happy as can be in most weather! 💕🐾
We had one situation this week that was a good reminder to be cautious around the water, especially when it's only partially frozen. Sweet Jersey, a ball-obsessed little golden, rolled her ball onto a pond. She went through the ice in the middle of it. She would do anything for that ball! Unfortunately, I'm heavier than Jersey, so of course we went through together! We were both completely fine! Freezing cold, but no worse for the wear! It was a very good reminder for us to be careful around the ice, especially when it's not solid.
I hope everyone is having a cozy, safe, and dry weekend with their pups! 😉🥰
