Alysia has been working as a Veterinary Technician for 3+ years and is currently attending the Penn Foster College Veterinary Technician Associate Degree program online to obtain her registration. She has acquired her Veterinary Hospital Assistant Diploma from the Centre for Arts and Technology in 2019. She is a certified Fear Free Professional and obtained her DogSafe Canine First Aid certificati

on in 2019. Alysia has over 10 years of experience working with various animal shelters all over North and Central America and has been a Foster home for the Okanagan Humane Society since 2022. From 2013 to 2015 , Bree pursued Animal Studies and Companion Animal Services with the RSPCA and the Box Hill Institute of Tafe in Melbourne, Australia. Bree has obtained her Advanced Dog Grooming Certificate from the Touch of Class Dog Grooming School of Victoria in 2017. She then started a small business in Melbourne, where she offered grooming, pet sitting and various other pet related services before settling in Canada in 2019. She has been working as a Veterinary Technician for the past 3 years alongside Alysia. She is a certified Fear Free Professional and obtained her Pet Fist Aid Training and CPR certificate from the RSPCA in 2018. Together Alysia and Bree have decided to join efforts to help the families of the Okanagan by offering professional at-home animal care services. Their goal is to bring relief and solace to pets, as well as their owners. They believe that taking care of the animals basic needs will allow these families to spend more quality time with them.
