Today’s walk felt like a moving meditation. We began with all the usual energy - a bit of leash pulling, some excited hollering, and a touch of insecurity and restlessness. But after a few minutes of play, sniffing, and a bit of training, we softened into a more peaceful rhythm.

With Heather’s quiet guidance, we shifted into a “follower mindset.” Walking calmly behind and beside her, we embraced a state of flow - present, grounded, and at ease. It was a reminder that we do not always need to be buzzing with energy to feel alive. Sometimes, true joy comes in calm and quiet moments.

Today, that calm showed itself in a beautiful way. When a bunny crossed our path, we simply watched as it bounced away, peacefully observing instead of reacting. For a dog navigating the bustle of urban life, that calm state of mind is a powerful gift - one we are grateful to share on these walks. ☮️🩷🐾
