The pups are loving the snow! Walks will continue through the winter! I love to train in all weather as I’ve noticed throughout my time working with dogs that they all behave different depending on the weather, seems crazy but I promise it’s true. Working with them in all kinds of weather will help teach your dog to respond to you even if it’s cold, raining or too hot and they just want to be inside or in the shade. The only time cancelations will be made is if there is a big storm, or the cold. Too cold for some dogs is not to cold for others, I will make the decision to cancel based on your dogs size and coat type.

Welcome to the Happy Paws Pet Services page!

I’m Kimberly Beemer, I’ve dedicated this past year to learning training and some behaviour modification from Dave Campbell. I got into the dog training world because of my dog having dog aggression. After my first set of classes with Dave I noticed a great difference in my dog towards other dogs and just in general. Our bond is now better than ever and the trust in each other is amazing! Seeing the difference in my relationship with my dog, is what drove me to learn. This past year seeing smiles on clients faces and bonds between dogs and owners grow has only pushed me further into this world!

I offer dog walking, pet sitting(for any pets) as well as help with puppies that are too young to start classes or go on walks!

Walks consist of basic obedience training and leash manners, I only take one households dog(s) at a time to ensure they get the best training I can offer. The duration of walks will vary depending on age of the dog.

With pet sitting I do it in the clients home, I can make as many visits to the some as clients would like. I can feed them, let them out if need be, clean up cages and anything else specific to your pet!

As for the home visits for puppies, I will come to your home, go over the basics of obedience, house training and assist you in working through most issues you may be having with your pup!
