Hey everyone! A couple of announcements.
First of all, THANK YOU for the continued support as I build my business, it truly means the world to me. 🥰
Unfortunately I will be implementing a cancellation / no show policy. I have been having at least 1 no show a weekend and it's starting to put a strain on my business.
I understand life can be unpredictable but all I ask for is a heads up so I can rearrange accordingly. I am currently only working weekends, and only have so many appointments available a day. I can be reached through text, call, facebook, and email.
After the first no show, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit on all future appointments, as well as 50% of the total cost of the missed appointment.
This will apply to all no shows, or appointments cancelled within 24hrs of the booked time slot.
I also only book one dog / family in at a time. This allows me to spend one on one time with every dog, and limits the time they are in a kennel. It also makes groom times less. Please be prepared to pick up your pup as soon as they are ready to go. If you need to make arrangements for them to stay longer please let me know before their appointment day.
If you are early for your appointment, even by just a few minutes please message me before coming into the salon. I handle a lot of dogs with behavior issues that may have not been picked up yet, and I want to make sure every one has a pawsitive experience!
